Beachfront holiday rental in Sardinia

We loved our stay with Jessica and Allesandro. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we (couple with a baby) needed was there, including baby chair and bed). We especially loved the large outdoor area, with plenty of space to eat and relax. The beach is only 5 minutes walking distance (and several other beaches nearby) and the center is approx 10 minute by foot. Jessica is an amazing host. She provided us very good suggestions for beaches and restaurants and replied quickly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this place and will come back when we visit again.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren beiden Jungs, 10 Monate und 5 Jahre, in Antonios Haus. Es ist simpel ausgestattet und eher klein, dafür verfügt es über einen großen privaten Außenbereich und die Treppe in die Bucht ist natürlich absolut spitze.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Fabio's place right next to the beach was an amazing place to spend our vacation. We enjoyed the views at breakfast and the sunset walk at the beach in front of the door. The kitchen was super well equipped. Fabio was a great host and super easy to reach and helpful. We can highly recommend this quite and peaceful beachside apartment.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, die Kommunikation, der nette Empfang und auch die guten Tipps, fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der traumhaft schönen Terrasse und den super schönen Sonnenuntergang vermisse ich jetzt schon. Wir konnten an einem Morgen sogar Delfine beobachten. Es war alles sehr sauber. Auch fanden wir den Sonnenschirm und die Strandstühle super. Wir können das Haus und die tollen Gastgeber sehr empfehlen!!!

What a beautiful home! Absolutely charming inside with all amenities you could hope for. The gardens and pool were wonderful and my 3 girls loved taking their breakfast up to the roof terrace. But without doubt the location is beyond stunning. A short stroll to a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and Snorkeling. The town is a 7 minute drive away, with shops and restaurants. Truly we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Nicolette was very kind, waiting for our very late arrival, greeting us with snacks and water and sending a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. We can't wait to come back! x

Zur Begrüßung selbstgebackener Kuchen, Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Ein weitläufiger Strand vor der Tür (5 min), Blick aufs Meer und wunderschöne rote Berge. Am Eingang eines wundervollen Wandergebietes! Nach Süden ausgerichtet, mit großer überdachter Terrasse. Wir haben die Abende am Pizzaofen ausklingen lassen. Mario und Silvia haben sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles gefällt. Wir haben die Zeit vollstens genossen. Wer Touristenmassen sucht, muss sicherlich woanders suchen. 👍👍👍

Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

The photos don't do this villa justice. The property is incredible! Our family of 5 had the BEST week at Simona and Renato's villa. The beach is a quick walk away, groceries are a short drive, lots of restaurants within 20 minutes and Cagliari is more charming than we could have expected. We all **really** hope to visit again and stay at Simona's villa!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Castelsardo und genossen die wunderbare Aussicht von Bett und Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Zwieback, Marmelade, Tee, Gewürzen, Kaffee etc. Auf Fragen erhielten wir immer ein schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Für den privaten Parkplatz ist ein Auto kleinerer Größenklasse angebracht, wir haben es aber sogar mit einem SUV hinbekommen. 😁 Empfehlung: Unbedingt die nette Enoteca nebenan besuchen!

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Hermosa casa, súper confortable , espaciosa, luminosa, súper bien equipada, muy limpia , y buen gusto. Francesca estuvo en permanente comunicación y John muy gentil y atento. Fertilia tiene una ubicación privilegiada, cerca de las más lindas playas y de Alghero, además el pueblo es súper pintoresco y con gente re amable , con todas las comodidades de la vida actual. Sin dudas EXCELENTE !!! HIPERECOMENDABLE

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Just what the doctor prescribed. If you are looking for a place to fully unwind then look no further. The view, the beautiful garden with sunbeds, the surrounding, the extremely well equipped house and the great service, all is top notch. Looking out over a bay where yachts go to relax. Need to say more? The beach is at minutes walking distance. And grocery shops and restaurants are very near. Some at walking distance. Tina is a great host. She was very responsive and accommodating and provided great tips. When the coffee foam machine didn’t work she provided us with a new one in the blink of an eye. The beaches in this area are amongst the most beautiful in Sardinia. We certainly recommend this house to everyone who goes to the area of Porto Cervo.

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage. Ruhige Wohngegend. Mit ganztägig schattiger Terasse, was sehr angenehm ist, bei heißen Temperaturen und mit gigantischem Meerblick. Den kleinen ruhigen Strand erreicht man zu Fuß und ist dort oft ganz alleine. Stefania hat uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleinere Buchten und Strände zu entdecken, wenn man die großen eher meiden möchte. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt, mit allem was man benötigt. In San Theodoro gibt es von Juni - September einen tollen Nachtmarkt.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Nous avons eu le bonheur de vivre dans la magnifique maison, très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Un secteur tranquille et sécuritaire à distance de marche d’une petite plage et d’un snack bar pour des lunchs. Le petit village de Porto Pozzo est à moins de 5km où l’on trouve des restaurants et une épicerie. La propriétaire de cette maison est très attentionnée et est a répondu rapidement à nos messages. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation.

Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal hier haben uns wieder sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sodass man auch drinnen eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann. Der Strand ist unmittelbar unter dem Fenster der Unterkunft, sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Das kleine Städtchen Palau ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar und auch die Insel Maddalena ist von dort gut mit der Fähre zu erreichen und einen Besuch wert! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht :-)

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre.
