Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sarasota Springs

Phyllis' "comfy and quaint" home in Sarasota truly lived up to its name. The outside of the home was beautifully landscaped and had a conveniently attached carport. The decor inside was fun and inviting. There were lots of areas to sit throughout the home- including a screened in porch/dining area. The kitchen was well-stocked and also had a juicer that was fun to use. The home was within walking distance of multiple local shops and restaurants, including the delicious "Mirna's Cuban Cuisine." The best part is that it was only a 15 minute drive to St. Armand's Circle and Lido Key Beach which is where the majority of our time was spent. Phyllis provided a few beach items which were so convenient- in addition to towels, there was a Bogg beach bag, a cooler, a sand mat, and now we have added to the collection with some boogie boards for the next guests. Phyllis was great about communicating with us and very kind. We would highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing time at Jack's place, it looks exactly like the pictures and as soon as you walked in you could smell how clean it was! It was a very easy drive to Siesta Key Beach. When we were hanging out at the house we stayed primarily outside because we loved it so much. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Yuznhys was amazing she responds in seconds. The house is beautiful and cozy and the beach it’s only less than 15 min away. The house is very centric to restaurants and fast foods definitely recommend.

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We absolutely loved our stay—this was by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in, which made it instantly comfortable and relaxing. The home is beautifully maintained with thoughtful touches throughout. A few suggestions: the pool could use some shade, as the water gets quite warm during the day (almost like a hot tub!). Also, child-safe locks on the exterior doors would be a great addition, especially with the pool and nearby road in mind. For sleeping comfort, heavier curtains in the bedroom or an option to turn off the pool lights at night would help with better rest. The shampoo and conditioner provided were the best we’ve ever used—a small touch that made a big impression. The dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay, but we’re confident the hosts would’ve addressed it if we had reached out. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d happily return!

The Blessings House was a great spot for my son, myself and parents over a long holiday weekend. It looked just like the pictures in the listing, and seemed newly renovated. The location was easy to get around, and very centralized as we dined in Siesta Key, and other areas nearby. A brief wifi hiccup was easily corrected by Caitlyn's fast and efficient communication. What a beautiful place in a beautiful city in FL!

Len was a terrific host, and his property is beautiful and exactly as described. Len made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and was very responsive to any of our text communications. the property is exactly as described and perhaps better than the photos on the listing, including a beautiful view of the water with stellar sunrises every morning. the location is quiet and centrally located to great restaurants and beaches on longboat or siesta key. highly recommend this location for any travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Sarasota area.

William did a terrific job with his remodel, and it was very comfortable for our stay. There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment which is as important since we stayed for a month. William responded quickly to any questions that we had before and during our stay. I would recommend this location to others.

My family came for a week and loved our stay! The beach is a short walk and John’s instructions were clear to the access. The beach as promised was private and beautiful! We came in June, and weather showed rain everyday, but for us it only rained at night and offered beautiful clouds for a beach sunset. A delightful bonus was the shed with beach items and a wagon to help carry things the beach. It was super helpful and much appreciated! My wife, and our two sons (8 and 11), and I had no problem sharing the space. A/C was cool and quiet, showers were nice, and everything clean. Kitchen is small, but great for cooking simple meals. Cookware is all clean and new! If we find ourselves back visiting the Sarasota area again soon, we will definitely stay here again!

We found our host to be very responsive. The staff is so very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for our family. Loved the ocean view and convenience to Ocean Blvd. Magnum was easy to reach and helpful when we had questions! There are photos of the 2 sets of stairs to the unit, so they shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who books, but if you have certain mobility problems or lots of luggage, it may cause some difficulty, so be prepared!

Te’s little getaway is priceless. She was so kind, & it showed in every detail of her place. She provided a neatly curated place full of unique and cool decor. The place was an experience in itself. There was even breakfast and some drinks in the fridge for us. I also thought it was sooo cool that there’s a shark tooth shifter to use! Location was awesome, a little hideaway that’s a perfect distance and very accessible to the beaches & town. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. My favorite BNB I’ve ever stayed at! A Peaceful and Memorable Stay My wife and I recently stayed at The Blessing while transitioning the sale of our home, and it truly lived up to its name. We were looking for a place that was not only comfortable and clean but also peaceful—and this cozy retreat delivered on all fronts. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that immediately made us feel at home. We were also traveling with our two medium-sized labradoodles, and Angela was incredibly accommodating and kind. Her hospitality and communication were top-notch from beginning to end. You can tell that The Blessing was created with care and a heart for ministry. There’s something special about the atmosphere—it’s a place where you can genuinely rest and be renewed. Whether you're passing through, visiting family, or just need a quiet space to regroup, I can’t recommend this place enough. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and yes—blessed.

My family and I had a great time . The pool was great and the house was clean and had everything we needed and listed on the description. The AC thermostat was locked but I texted host and he responded almost immediately and adjusted temp to my liking. We felt like at home . We had no issues and I would recommend this place to other people. It is a great place to stay for families specially with kids like ours.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

We loved Paula and Roberto’s house. It is beautifully landscaped and decorated. The bedrooms are all spacious. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. I don’t think that there was anything that we needed that we didn’t have. The screened in porch and pool were heavenly. We had seven adults and three kids and a dog and I would say that the game room was the biggest hit after the pool. Paula and Roberto accommodated an early check-in for our family with two small children that were flying in early. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

Loved the stay! It was perfect for my work weekend trip and a long relaxing weekend! Will definitely return with family next time!
