The villa, which opened in June 2022, is in a quiet location and is aimed at discerning couples, solo travelers and families who value peace and quality. In total, there is space for 2-6 people. The nearest beaches of Arilla and Karavostasi are about 2 km away. The village of Perdika is about 3 km away. Here you will find supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, some taverns and bars. Sivota is 12 km away and Parga is 18 km away. The port city of Igoumenitsa is about 35 km away.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.

Parking space and barbecue are also available.
