Et gennemført hyggeligt og dejligt sted. Masser af personlig charme og historie. Alt hvad man skulle bruge og mere til var tilrådighed. Meget imødekommende, informerende og gæstfri vært. Perfekt belligende til at udforske de sydlige Dolomitter eller nyde roen og naturen ved huset. Spændende hus at gå på opdagelse i. Tæt afstand til gode indkøbsmuligheder, butikker og restauranter. Har den største lyst til at vende tilbage - kan kun anbefales.

Silvana répondait rapidement à toutes nos questions. Elle était proactive et disponible pour nos besoins durant nôtre séjour. Elle nous a même offert un succulent gâteau le soir de nôtre arrivée. Emplacement calme et idéal pour nous qui voulions faire du ski. Un emplacement sécuritaire est prévu pour ranger les ski. Il y a un arrêt de bus tout près permettant d'aller au centre ville ou vers différentes remontés mécanique. La cuisine est dotée de tout les accessoires pour préparer vos repas. Les chaudrons sont d'excellentes qualités svp y faire attention. En ce qui concerne la facturation pour l'eau chaude et le chauffage ça nous a coûté 50 euros pour la semaine (2 douches par jour et 2 heures de chauffage par jour pour faire sécher nôtre linge). Je recommande ce logement, nous n'hésiterons pas d'y retourner. Merci Silvana

Location super adatta per compagnie perché isolata e con ampi spazi esterni che permettono attività ( calcio, pallavolo, tennis, bocce) o relax (terrazza solarium, tinozza idromassaggio, sauna sia interna che esterna alla casa). Dalla zona partono anche diverse escursioni a piedi di diversi livelli. I servizi essenziali ( panetteria, mini market ben fornito, osterie e pizzerie, macelleria) sono a pochi minuti di macchina ( non più di 7). Casa situata in un punto super panoramico. Non manca la tecnologia, accesso a dispositivi senza problemi. Esperienza bella da rifare !!! Esperienza bella, da rifare.

Our stay at Karl and Romy was everything we imagined when planning this trip. The apartment was great with beautiful surroundings, easy to get around and Romy was super helpful and really made us feel at home. Would love to come back.

Ce petit studio pratique et fonctionnel est idéal après une journée passée à l’extérieur. On peut y profiter du calme en toute quiétude avec une superbe vue sur les paysages environnants. Les propriétaires, surplombant le logement, sont discrets et restent disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous avons aimé le petit jardin, mis à disposition, pour que les enfants puissent y jouer avec notre chien. Merci pour l’accueil!

Chalet immerso nel verde e nella totale tranquillità del trentino, dotato di tutti i comfort, pulitissimo e raggiungibile con qualsiasi tipo di auto, se si è inesperti alla guida però meglio far guidare qualcun altro nell'ultimo tratto. Partendo a piedi dalla casa si possono fare diverse escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike senza particolare preparazione fisica e godendo di panorami mozzafiato. Valore aggiunto, una simpatica volpe che ci ha fatto visita tutte le sere. Consigliato!

Un bellissimo posto dove trascorrere dei giorni di tranquillità, ma anche di divertimento. Le piste sono vicinissime, la vista sulle montagne è bellissima. Appartamento fornito di qualsiasi elemento necessario per godere di una vacanza speciale. La mia famiglia ne è rimasta incanta, ci ritorneremo il più presto possibile. Wunderschönes Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick, ruhig, grün und gemütlich. Besonders die Wellnessmöglichkeiten mit Hot Tub , Badeteich und Sauna haben wir genossen.

L'appartamento è molto curato, ben tenuto e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di più giorni di una famiglia. Molto silenzioso, nonostante sia abbastanza vicino alla strada principale che porta al paese di La Valle e anche comodo per raggiungere facilmente tutte le località dell'Alta Badia, con sentieri ed impianti di risalita. La proprietaria, Giulia, è sempre stata reperibile telefonicamente, cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i servizi che lei ha pensato per gli ospiti: consegna a domicilio di pane e brioches freschi per la colazione da una panetteria di San Vigilio e consegna a domicilio di prodotti della sua fattoria di fiducia (latte fresco, burro e uova).

We were two couples (old friend for 45 years) using the Haus and stayed over Christmas and New Year. The location and the mountain views are magical, perfect to relax. It is remote and driving to town takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on the road condition (snow and winding mountain road). So stock up and relax :)

Beautiful place, fantastic amenities, safe, quiet surroundings. Sauna is incredible, rooms and furnishings are wonderful. 15minute drive to great skiing, 1hr to ice skating, lovely restaurant in Flattach, supermarket 5mins drive. great coffee machine, great tv, loads of kitchen utensils. boot warmer, and heated towel rails are a nice touch close to waterfalls and a river, perfect for traffic free scenic walks. hard to fault.

Old/historical house that was well maintained, spotless clean, and extremely spacious. Better than advertised. Walkable to town in 5 minutes. Easy parking. Would definitely return.

The lay out of the chalet was excellent. All rooms were extremely spacious, well designed & comfortable, with their own ensuite, whilst the 3 apartments had fully equiped kitchens. Heating options were available throughout the entire house and on the second day of our visit, we required a minor adjustment to the heating, so rang the female contact (only speaks German) who manages the property and within an hour, the lady was onsite and the temperature was adjusted. Within the chalet on the ground floor there is a large, shared breakfast / communal room with a kitchen having all the required services. This room easily catered for our group of 13 persons for evening meals. The chalet also had a central clothes washing & clothes dryer facility and also a spacious ski drying room on the ground floor. In conclusion, all our family members thought the chalet was absolutely fabulous in every respect, providing all the amenities one would require, resulting in a wonderful family stay.
