Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Our accommodation consists of a bright living area with living room and kitchen + glass veranda entrance on the ground floor; 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with large shower on the first floor. Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and sofa bed. Dryer on request. The heating in our homes works with wood and gives a comfortable warmth.

Casa Rosi is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, in the Prosecco hills area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The apartment, with independent access, offers a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, two single bedrooms and a bathroom. Among the common spaces: a courtyard and a large garden with olive trees.

The house "Ai Castagni" is located on Mount Moncader in Combai di Miane, within the Moncader Farm. The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence. The house has a bedroom on the second floor with a double bed and two single beds side by side.

Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.
