Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sapareva Banya

Atanaska's house is the perfect base for skiing in Bansko or for hiking in Rila or Pirin. The house is close to the mountains, but located in a beautiful, quiet small village. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The house itself is very modern and charming and has everything you might need during your stay. Atanaska is a wonderful host. She gave us very clear instructions and was always available to answer questions about the area. I recommend the house highly and look forward to our next stay.

A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

Great place to stay. Big house, with a lots of space and everything you need for your stay. Close to one of the best hiking trails in the area.

Un posto accogliente e curato. La casa è accessoriata di tutto, pulita, ordinata ed incantevole. Noi eravamo in 8 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Consigliata!

Престоят ни в тази планинска къща беше наистина специален. Бяхме с близки приятели и семейство, и всички останахме очаровани. Мястото е спокойно, красиво и идеално за почивка сред природата. Частният басейн с минерална вода беше любимото ни място – релаксирахме, разговаряхме и просто се наслаждавахме на момента. Къщата е много уютна и добре поддържана. Домакинът беше чудесен – комуникацията беше бърза и лесна. С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!

This stay was amazing, waking up to mountain side views was the best. Each room is spacious and had additional room. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and some have balconies. There is space for an inside dinner table as well as an outdoor one with a grill/outdoor oven. There are supermarkets within 5-10mins walking, but the home is still very nice and quiet. We had 8 guests and loved it. Veska was super responsive and helped us with getting quotes for transport, as well as topping up anything we needed.

A casa era como nas fotos, a localização muito bonita também! paisagens incríveis. acesso um bocado difícil de carro, deve fazer-se com cuidado. uma das banheiras da casa de banho vertia um pouco de água para o chão! única coisa a apontar. aconselho esta estadia.

It is definitely a 5 star flat and perfect a 4 people family to stay. We debated about staying in Borovets ski resort or drive in everyday from Mountain studio (23 mins drive). And we think we could not have done better than we did! Everything in the flat is top quality. Everything is spotless. We arrived in -16 late in the evening and Alex was assuring us over the phone front the airport not to rush and drive safely. When we arrived there are plenty of basics to wait for us to have an easy late night arrival. Milk, juice, water, snacks for the children. Everything helped us to settle down quickly and be ready for the next morning. Alex recommended restaurants for us and they were all such great treats and half the price you'd pay in Borovets. Perfect that they were on way back from Borovets on way home. We have couple of pasta meals at theflat. If we are skiing again in Borovets we will do the same, stay at Mountain Studio,as we would not have liked the loud buzzing night life.

Absolutely wonderful place. Definitely worth the money. Beautiful, clean and good location.

Apartament ze wszystkim czego potrzeba. Do dyspozycji basen, sauna i jacuzzi. Świetne opcja na relaks po powrocie ze szlaku z pobliskich gór. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni. Gorąco polecamy ;)

We had amaising time. The complex is fantastic and the apartment is in the main building, connnected to the spa with a corridor. Apartment is stunning. I was with my family and the girls didn't want to leave the place :) Ivan is super responsive and helpfull. Don't miss this place if want to visit the Mountains in Bulgaria!

We had a fantastic stay at Irena's place! From our first communications, she was super helpful and also accommodated our larger family. We arrived late at night and it was no problem getting in with the key in the lockbox. Irena reached out with clear and precise directions in advance of our arrival and made sure to offer us suggestions for local activities and more. The house was BEAUTIFUL and completely as described. Clean and very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The yard was a MAJOR highlight and our children loved every minute there in the beautiful pool, playing volleyball, and just enjoying the relaxing space. While the yard is shared with Irena's home, we felt like we had it all to ourselves and we really didn't want to leave! There was great outdoor seating, and Irena had thought of every last detail to make our stay comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our stay at the property was wonderful! The place is spacious, very clean, and the view from every window is simply breathtaking. The dining room and kitchen are well-equipped and luxurious, making cooking and meals a real pleasure. The jacuzzi and sauna were spotless, and we enjoyed them every evening. The hosts were lovely, always available, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Nossa estada com 2 crianças de 3 anos foi extremamente agradável. A vista é linda, ovelhas vieram pastar na colina ao lado, a floresta de pinheiros e as montanhas à volta, a eco-trilha, o rio, tudo muito agradável. As crianças também adoraram o espaço interno e o jardim privado. Tudo na acomodação de Yulia é aconchegante e apropriado. Ela hospeda com amor e faz tudo por seus hóspedes, respondendo a todas perguntas com inteira boa vontade, atendendo a todas solicitações a seu alcance. Você não a vê, mas é como se fosse sua amiga desde sempre. Obrigada por tudo, Yulia.

Loved the house and greatly enjoyed our stay! The backyard was beautiful and our children enjoyed playing back there. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the home was in a great location for exploring the Rila mountains. There’s a great grocery store nearby. Everything was very clean and just as pictured. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

Страхотна къща,точно като на снимките. Мястото е заобиколено от дарвета и е страхотно. Беше добре почистено,но все пак е вила сред природата. В кухнята има всичко небоходимо. Бихме се върнали с удоволствие.

We recommend it with both hands ! Great place - very modern, cozy and stylishly furnished, impeccable cleanliness, very well maintained house and yard. The host - Iliyan was always on-line, very responsive and friendly person. Easy communication and support from him 24/7. The area is very beautiful and picturesque. Perfect place for families with kids and big companies. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will definitely repeat.

Престоят ни в Solid Thermal Villas Banya беше изключителен! Вилата е перфектно съчетание между модерен комфорт и уютна атмосфера, а термалният басейн е истинско блаженство – особено в по-хладните дни. Всичко беше чисто, добре поддържано и оборудвано с внимание към детайла. Домакините бяха много любезни и отзивчиви, с бърза комуникация и полезни съвети за местността. Локацията е отлична – тиха, зелена и само на няколко минути от Баня и близките атракции. Горещо препоръчвам това място за релакс и презареждане! Определено ще се върнем отново!
