In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.

It is a 7-minute walk from Viotte train station and has free parking nearby. Dual-aspect, the living room overlooks a pretty square adorned with a fountain and the kitchen overlooks an inner courtyard. The living room has a sleeping area (double bed with new bedding) and a sitting area.
