I have been to Guarujá many times, by far, one of the best apartments I have ever been to. Perfect structure and location!

Ste was wonderful in everything! Our stay was excellent and the concierge staff were attentive and polite. The space is cozy, fragrant and everything is very clean, I needed to work from there and the wifi worked very well throughout the day. I intend to return soon ❤️

Beautiful view, apartment with personality, since nowadays everything is more grey and monochromatic, this apartment still maintains rustic furniture and a standard kitchen from the 70s.

Impeccable apartment. Extremely clean and organized. I live in Guarujá and rented it to receive my family, because the location is literally perfect for those who do not want to use a car and at the same time enjoy all that the city has to offer. Several food options nearby, pharmacy, kiosks and shopping. I recommend

The stay was simply exceptional. The house is impeccable, extremely comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Every detail demonstrates the care and attention with which it was prepared to welcome guests. It exceeded all my expectations! The host, Rosa, was exemplary in her hospitality. Always very attentive, helpful and quick to respond, she made us feel welcome from the first contact. Your kindness and availability made the experience even more special. Those were days of true rest and tranquility. The house provided us with so much comfort that we hardly felt like leaving. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a quality stay, with excellence in every aspect. I definitely hope to return soon!

It was amazing from the beginning, with Junior's service, until we arrived at the place and saw this beautiful and wonderful view!! Space exactly as in photos and description. Junior also gives great support, it's really worth disconnecting a little in this incredible and wonderful cottage! We will return more often for sure.

Thomas was very attentive and the apartment is small and cozy. The double bed could be a little bigger, it didn't have to be a King, but a Queen maybe. The internal noise is a negative point, but the location and the condominium staff are fantastic. Everything was very straightforward. It was worth it and we will do it again!

Hostão Rafael is very attentive and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and it was very clean and with no sign of mold (which is important to me because I am allergic). We like it very much and hope to come back again.

Claudio and Mayra's apartment is great and matches the photos and description perfectly. The balcony really is the highlight of the property. The maintenance and condition of the apartment, furniture, cabinets, appliances and utensils are really impeccable, which is impressive for a beach apartment. The reception at check-in was great and super easy. The condominium has a very good structure and its exclusive access is just a few steps from the beach. Ice machine, chairs and umbrella on the beach. Everything was very good. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

the apartment matches the description very well, there is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location, the beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Beautiful, clean, organized house, the view from the rooms and the living room is wonderful. Thiemi is very helpful and quick to respond. The pool is well heated. We hired Mrs. Lourdes to cook, she and her daughter (Carol) are top notch! We loved the stay!

Great place to enjoy the beach

Super quiet place, with a beautiful view of the mountains and right in front of the sea. They provide chairs, ice and the service works well. It has toys for the kids and a great barbecue to make that barbecue. It's really worth it, a top experience!

This is the second time our family has stayed at the house and it is always a pleasure to be able to return. Perfect location, super comfortable and Juliana is always flexible. We love everything and in addition to recommending, we hope to come back more often.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!
