We held a family meeting on the long holiday of Easter and Tiradentes, and it was a divine experience. The house is very spacious but at the same time cozy, everyone in our group praised a lot. All rooms and bathrooms are well taken care of, and the outdoor areas of the pool, mini-golf, and playground and lake are great. The terrain really is very large, you can be losing in there. And always a calm and quiet. The service was also great, Denilde answering all the questions and always available, the caretaker Juari very attentive, even took the children of our group to fish in the lake. These were wonderful days and we certainly want to repeat. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you so much for everything!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and with a great outdoor space. The pool is delicious and it was clean. It is less than 10min walking from the beach, markets and restaurants. We had a small problem with the water pump but Kathia promptly asked a trusted person to come to solve the issue. I highly recommend the site!

The stay at Evelyn's place was wonderful. Very close to the beach (5 minutes walk), all the windows and doors have a protective screen and the mattresses are excellent. The condominium is quiet and the pool is clean. The beach is super structured and quiet, in addition to the kiosks, has bathrooms, showers, sand volleyball courts and children's playground. Nearby there are markets, pharmacies, bakeries and leisure options. I'll definitely be back soon.

Valene's house is like being in paradise. Nice, comfortable, clean, it has everything we needed to spend a few days in Guaratuba, relaxed. Beach access is a dream, being able to enjoy the pool. All the spaces are comfortable and we took advantage of them. Valene is super willing to help with anything, from anything that comes up to giving information about the area. If God wants, we'll be back soon. We already knew Guaratuba, and I can say that Valene's house is in the best area of the beach, very quiet. And to get to the river, she lent us bicycles. Valene's house is definitely the best option in Guaratuba.

The house is impeccable. Great structure, many suites, making guests comfortable. The house also has several common environments, making the experience even better. The outdoor/garden space is also nice. We took dogs and gave them a lot to play. And the pool is also very good! I'll come back again!

The experience at Isabelle's accommodation was simply wonderful! The space is impeccably clean and organized, and is within walking distance of the beach, which makes the location even more special. I will definitely stay there again. The caretaker is extremely attentive and always ready to help, and Isabelle is an amazing host, showing a lot of patience and care for the guests.

We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

Very spacious and cozy apartment, we went in 6 people and we were quite comfortable. The kitchen is complete and equipped, we don't need to take anything. Large house, spacious rooms and pleasant atmosphere and all clean. The only thing that bothered a little was that the owner asked to enter the house twice when there was no one inside the house. The second time he said he would need to maintain the pool and I explained that we were out and that we were not using the pool, but still he insisted to go at that time .
