Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Sao Paulo Metropolitan Area

The house is too beautiful, all the guests loved the house, very organized. We rented to gather the friends of my party for a 15-year celebration, and everything was very beautiful. The gourmet people space what is that, I would stay there for another 15 days if I could...have everything you need to make a lunch, a breakfast, a barbecue...good without words to describe. I highly recommend it. Ana and her daughter answered my questions quickly and very politely. We love the house♡...gratitude

I stayed at the house for the second time and everything was as wonderful as last year, the host was super responsive and present, Dona Isabel, who was the one who welcomed us, was always super attentive and helpful, giving all necessary assistance to my family! The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet condominium amidst preserved forest. It corresponds directly to the listing description, with all equipment and furniture in great condition. The beach is quiet, well attended, mostly by local people. The condominium offers umbrellas and chairs. The host Fabio was very attentive, helpful and proactive. We only had one problem with the air conditioning in one of the was promptly resolved by Fabio, having no impact on our stay. During the stay we were able to count on the support of the housekeeper who provided us with a great tidying and cleaning and cooking service.

The house is beautiful, cozy and spacious. No words to describe Roberto's attention and affection, who was super helpful from the first questions until check-out. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

The house is exactly as in the photos. The hostess is always very kind and ready to help, impeccable cleanliness. The house is very large, it comfortably accommodates everyone. The garden and pool are the highlights, staying on the veranda admiring the garden in the late afternoon is wonderful. We spent 4 days at Christmas and wanted to stay longer... excellent accommodation, we will definitely be back.

Great apartment, small but very comfortable, .we are 5 people but host up to 6 quietly. Great location, 3 blocks from the beach, impeccable cleanliness. We had a problem with the gas, but Rita promptly helped us. With ctz we will come back more often. Abs

Real estate in great place, we don't miss anything. Close to everything, bakery, restaurants, snack bars…The apartment was extremely clean. Kitchen with various accessories (although we used only cutlery and dishes), because of the location we do not feel the need to cook. Very polite porter. Only leaving an alert for the other tenants, the region is full of beggars, which does not take away the beauty of the beach, but some bother a little. Besides, we want to go back again and again.

Spacious, comfortable house. Great location, insurance, attentive building staff, very beautiful view. Maria responds super fast and is very helpful. Apartment smelled clean, no strong smells, no mold (which unfortunately happens a lot in beach houses).

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often.
