I thank host Renata for the attention given to me and my family. regarding the accommodation all very clean, well organized, what we charmed was the beds with towels and bedding and the bathrooms with 2 toilet papers each. the wonderful pool to the very large outdoor area. Amamos we host in the house.. and we will come back more often.

The house is a delight! Charming, well-equipped and surrounded by nature, perfect for days of rest. The view is beautiful, the atmosphere is super peaceful and the location is great. Dagoberto and Lucy were very attentive. I highly recommend it and I want to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Fabio's house in Sao Luiz do Paraitinga. The house is very comfortable, it has a delicious yard, perfect for family and friends to enjoy the space. The house is very well equipped, everything is new, with adequate bed linen. The mezzanine of the second bedroom was an attraction for the children. And the house is close to the centre, you can go on foot, but it is located on a very quiet street, far from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Fábio was a great host, he treated us with great kindness and hospitality. We'll be back for sure!

I really liked the city and the house. It was super tidy, clean, and well cared for. I loved the details of good books and low light in the room. I slept really well there, and Alexandra was really nice to me, she gave me all the support. It was hard to leave. I want to go back.

From the time of booking to checkout, our experience was impeccable. The host Everton was helpful and quick to respond, clearing up all doubts. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: comfortable and next to the centre, where there are several restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, as well as houses with colonial architecture (listed by the National Cultural Heritage IPHAN). The location is excellent, I did not use the bike to explore the city. For motorcycle travellers like me, there is a garage with a gate, the place is safe. One of the tour tips is to visit the Lagoinha Grande Waterfall, which is in the neighbouring city of Lagoinha. Without a doubt, we recommend it.

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

The accommodation is simple, comfortable and fully functional. There is space to park the car safely, and gate control is provided. The access roads are not paved, but this did not hinder the experience at all. The accommodation is very close to Lagoinha beach. I'll be back more often.

The stay is facing the sea, and the accommodation I stayed in has a large balcony, with a great view. Sleeping with the sound of the sea is very good! It is very important to pay attention to all of Marcia's instructions, as the accommodation does not have bed, table or bath linen, and you need to bring plastic bags to collect the garbage. If you come by car along the indicated path, you may be unlucky enough to catch a high tide, which leaves the passage to the beach flooded, and it is risky to pass with certain cars. But there is a way to go around another street and enter the accommodation from above. It was a great experience, I'd go back!

Our stay was super quiet, the host always requests and willing to help, the space clean, smelling, with all the clean and smelling bedding. The apartment is super well equipped, has everything you need to stay quiet. For those traveling with a child a positive point is the space that has the extra for being on the ground floor. Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

My stay at Sônia's house was excellent! She was a super attentive, helpful and kind host throughout the experience. The place is very cozy, well maintained and exactly as in the photos. The location is great, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed. I highly recommend Sônia's accommodation and I would definitely stay there again.
