Well located apartment in the center of Curitiba. Small, but well-equipped and comfortable. Building with access control and very secure. There is no parking space for cars, but there is parking almost in front, which parks and takes the keys.

The location matches the listing very well! Very quiet, and with a very pleasant backyard next to the apartment. It doesn't even look like we're in the city center! And at the same time you can move on foot to several points in the center.

A Lelê was super receptive and kind. It sent us recommendations and it was super prompt and quick in all your messages. The site is exactly as described and for us who were going to a show in the stadium was perfect because the building is practically next door. The townhouse was also impeccable in clean and organized and still had a little cookie that saved us who arrived super late due to the flight. I highly recommend and if you are going to an event near the stadium is a find!

I was impressed with how well equipped the place is. It has everything and is very worthwhile. Good price and good location, especially for those who have commitments in Curitiba. The only more annoying point is the parking, which is difficult to get up and down. But it's just a caveat, which doesn't get in the way of the experience.
