The apartment is excellent! Communication with Leandro was great, and he quickly solved a small problem that happened on the first day with the shower. Problems can always happen, but the important thing is to know that the host is ready to help with whatever is necessary for the guest to have a good stay. Note 10 for Leandro! All in all, everything is perfect. The building is very good, very well located and has a 24-hour market, a very complete gym, swimming pool, sauna, library, among other common spaces. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Very recommended!

We spent 6 months in the Sanctuary and were one of the best months of our lives. We regenerate emotionally and mentally with the proximity of nature and being able to see the green of the plants through the window. The house is fully equipped, and Edinho (homemade) is extremely good and available people. Gary and Rogério are amazing and the atmosphere is magical. A place for those who want to rest, disconnect from the big city routine. I HIGHLY recommend and go with an open heart, it will be a life-changing experience.

Strengths: - furniture designed to make the most of space - great location - with garage - clean - attentive service Weaknesses: - small living room - needs a slight renovation on the floor and a new paint job in some places. Nothing critical, but I can't say I felt at home. General considerations: - I recommend it for families and solo travelers.

I just got home from Karen's and I'm still ecstatic about the moments we spent there !!! What energy that place has, cozy, pleasant, full of memories of the countryside!!! We spent the birthday with My mom yesterday and the guests loved it as much as we did! Extremely clean, fragrant place with all the items - everything I needed was not found in the house. Karen is pure attention. Careful, kind and 100% agile communication, whether before or after booking. I will definitely come back and recommend this experience to you!!!

The house is great, much better than by photos. Communication with Rodolfo was excellent, I saw a comment from a girl talking about how she did not feel safe in the house and really the gate is leaning and because there was a lot of vegetation around the house in the evening it was a pitch, as I went with more people I didn't feel afraid, but if it was just me and my boyfriend or some friend, I don't know if I would feel so safe. There's a ravine of the gate until you get to the house is kind of steep, mostly to disappear but everything went well. Now if you go to cook on site I recommend taking forms for baking, bigger pots and pots, the house is quite lacking in these objects. The rest is worth it and I would be back for sure.

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Very well located, close to some bakeries, pharmacies and the 24-hour street, so it was very easy to catch the tourist bus. Super quiet region, always with a lot of movement. I highly recommend the stay and I already know where to stay on the next trips to Curitiba

Second time I stay with Dona Aparecida and it was super quiet. Very attentive and her pets are very dear. We'll be in accordance with the listing. I'd come back next time :)
