A very dear and attentive host, the communication with her was very easy, always made things clear and helped us a lot regarding the check in, we literally had no problem. The location is very good, close to several things, shopping, bar, restaurant and still can be a quiet place to get to and walk there.

The place is simple, but it serves the stay well for the price paid. The neighborhood is further away from the center, but with a bakery less than 100 meters away and a restaurant with lunch for R$ 20.00, 50 meters from the house. In addition, a few blocks from the house, the neighborhood has good shopping with some restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacies and other stores.

From reservation to checkout, everything went beautifully. Ivanir is an odd host, extremely kind and caring. About the house, it's exactly as advertised. We feel at home, in a "farm" for tranquility and proximity to nature. For those with a pet, the place is amazing. Cercado, large and with lots of grass for fun. We love our long stay and will certainly be back!

We were super happy to find this available apartment, as it was the second time we settled in it. Perfect location (it's all close and quality). Safe and offers easy access to parking. The well-kept apartment, comfortable bed, clean and with all items working perfectly and faithful to the ad. And as for the super attentive hosts and always willing to meet all our needs. The accommodation is exactly like in the pictures, we were in 3 people and a large pet and we were super well, great location near the market, pharmacy, bakery. In the kitchen has essential utensils, we do not miss anything, even had coffee capsules to use the coffee maker. Communication with the hostess has always been quick and she is always willing to help. We indicate the accommodation for sure and whenever possible we will return

Alysson was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, always responding to messages. The apartment is clean, quiet and has several utensils. The balcony is in front of a backyard of the house next door, but it is quiet. On the next block, there is a bakery with great breads and snacks.
