The building is beautiful and the location is perfect. The apartment is super comfortable. Communication with Gabriela was excellent. It has everything you need and more. Supermarket, restaurant and pharmacy very close. I especially thank the porters, they are very attentive and helped us in many things. 100% recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.

Mauro’s place is very well located- across from an upscale mall and nearby to several parks. It’s in walking distance of the city center, very near half a dozen bus stops. The kitchen was well equipped, washer/dryer (so important when you are traveling!). The security for the building is excellent. Mauro was both a responsive and helpful host. He has been very generously helping us recover some items we left behind. I can’t say how grateful we are.

Excellent apartment! Very well located and fully equipped. It has a water filter, a coffee maker with complimentary capsules, good pillows and extra blankets. The condominium offers laundry, swimming pool and gym. Also very safe. Paula was super helpful and responded quickly whenever I needed her. I recommend it!

The apartment is as described, very clean and organized. The location is great, the service was excellent! It was me, my husband, and two children. The space was very well attended and had all the necessary items.

The place is excellent, easy check-in and Rommy is a sweetheart, she let us check in before the scheduled time, gave tips on places to eat and to find a portable charger that I needed. I highly recommend it!

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.

The apartment was impeccable, it had everything we needed to spend the week. The building is great, well located, and the grocery store is very useful. Luciana always responds quickly and answered all my questions about the space. I highly recommend it! Very cozy

The house is a spectacle! Even better than it looks on the pictures. Huge and very well equipped. Marvelous grill, pool table, beautiful sound system. Pool, orchard, all very well cared for and spacious. Hercilio and Mirian gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout our stay. The rooms are also large and comfortable. It really was a grateful surprise where everything worked better than expected.

Fabio was very attentive and always answered the questions. In the house we were greeted by Mr. Miltom, Fabio's father, a very polite and very helpful gentleman. The house was clean and very tidy and the neighborhood was quiet. Finally, I recommend Fabio's house as an excellent choice.
