Very nice house! Very large and comfortable for 8 people, it is a bit far from the tourist beaches of Florianopolis but the location is super safe and nice but without beaches nearby.

It was my best stay, the host André was super attentive, kind, polite, the house matches the listing, even better in person, the house offers comfort, privacy, has everything for a peaceful stay, the host is always willing to assist us, in the end I felt at home and I intend to return more times

it was very good! very spacious house large cuisine, swimming pool had everything he needed, large markets 10-15 minutes by car and beaches near 40 minutes by palhoça other beaches such as jurere,Daniela,canasvieiras and the English are about 1 hour but by quiet car I loved it and my dog loved the space of the patio very large if we go back concertsa 😁

Of all the Airbnb experiences, this one was certainly the best. Mr. Paulo was 5 stars in everything. We felt very good in the house, the pool is very cool (it is not very deep). The view is spectacular and the house is really cool. The house is great, but Mr. Paulo is even greater. We felt at home

The house is beautiful and super-equipped, perfect for incredible family days. It is a large and very private environment. We had a wonderful stay, taking advantage of every detail of the space. Pool is great and the hydro tub is a super differential. Everyone had a great time. I had the pleasure of staying at the Jefferson and Joseane residence for almost three months and the experience was very good. Both are extremely friendly, attentive and supportive people. The location is also excellent, with easy access to several points of interest in the city. great residence, super clean house, clean and new bathrooms and bedding. The kitchen had everything I needed. In the bathroom there was shampoo, liquid soap, everything that needed tbm, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a good view of the sunset. Township answered what you were looking for.

Happy from my stay, we feel very safe, large spaces in the house, we bring 2 kittens and they are happy and it is very central 15 minutes by car from the center of florianopolis, supermarket 2 blocks away and a local 24 hours 6 blocks away, uber arrives without problems and there are several lines of omnibus. Shopping Itaguazu a 5-minute walk away, where many things are located especially local food. The super quiet area. 100% recommended. The attention of the owners is a 10, super friendly and they helped us with every doubt we had.
