Beachfront holiday rental in São José

Zé is a great host and the house is incredible. In less than a minute, you are at the beach and there are restaurants in the area where you can eat great food for a reasonable price.

Everything was as expected, Cicero is very friendly and helpful. We had no setbacks. It is highly recommended.

Great house, good location, with a very beautiful beach, practically on the sand. We were very surprised. Not to mention that the hostess Adalgisa, she wrote to us very well, and without giving us the greatest attention, we can only thank her for her hospitality.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything new, well decorated, well equipped. The very attentive host and the administrator welcomed us well.

We had a beautiful stay where as a couple we could enjoy the spectacular house and the quiet and very nice surroundings with many attractions nearby. The place is as spectacular as the description and was spotless, it has everything you need to enjoy and rest.

Our experience at Solar do Ribeirão was wonderful! Jaqueline is a very attentive host, always quickly responded to my messages, sent home videos and clear instructions on access to the property. The location is very good, surrounded by great restaurants. Negative points of the location: the house does not have a garage and at some times it was difficult to park nearby. The house (and 2 of the 3 bedrooms) are very close to the street, so at night we had a lot of noise from vehicles. The house's high point is the landscape! You're practically in the sea! Overall, the house was clean - bedding and towels well cleaned, folded and passed. The living room and kitchen has no air conditioning and it was very hot, so it was hard to stick around. Super-equipped kitchen with everything we need for a comfortable stay.

The house is perfect, super well-equipped and incredible location. The house is in a very quiet area, supermarket and restaurants nearby, easy to come and go. The Japanese restaurant here is right next door. The view is indescribable. Check in and check out were super easy, Sandro was very helpful and requested. I recommend 100%.

This was an amazing place and an amazing hostess (Nadia). We were here for my niece’s wedding. Private community with lots of security but never felt really needed. Access to a fabulous beach and best is your face opens the gate access ! Nadia was / is incredible as someone to help navigate this magical island. We had great meals and a masseuse come in to give massages by the pool. Please note. Not many English speakers but enough to get around and you pay real Brazilian prices (good value for the dollar). The island is full of very friendly people. Had a great time !! Thanks Nadia for working with us

Fantastic location in Ribeirao da Ilha. Loved the indoor/outdoor living, and the privacy of the deck with a view over the bay was spectacular - especially from the pool or hot tub. Rancho Acoriano was hands down the best restaurant of the many options; you can miss it! Renato the owner was fantastic to work with; thank you for an unforgettable week!

We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

The condominium where the apartment is located is extremely pleasant, has an indoor and heated pool, an outdoor pool, a market and a very beautiful common area. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, comfortable and clean. Enxoval available, as well as household utensils. Viviane was a great host, always helpful. It was a very pleasant stay and our pets felt comfortable.

My stay was simply perfect. The house is exactly like in the pictures – clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. I got everything I needed during my stay in the house, and most importantly, Adriana and Elizabeth were friendly, the apartment is clean and the security in the residential complex is high, I spent very wonderful days in Adriana's apartment, and I think that I will repeat the visit many times when I come to Floripa, there is a lot to say and express regarding Adriana's treatment during our stay in the apartment, but it is not possible to talk about it in written lines, I advise anyone who wants to live in Adriana's apartment not to think too much, just rent and live! In short, friendly people, a wonderful and clean apartment, high security, parking, sustainable cleaning on a monthly or even weekly basis in the residential complex , I stayed from March 3 until October 20 , meaning about almost 8 months, Nice 😊

Great experience! The space is exactly as described, clean and well located. Tina is super attentive and check in was very quiet. Just one detail: there was no Wi-Fi, which was not described in the ad. For those who need to work, it is worth considering this. In addition, everything is excellent!
