Enjoy this charming and unique place, amidst nature between Urubici and Serra do Rio do Rastro: with a pleasant mountain climate and an incredible view, birdsong and a beautiful starry night sky. At an altitude of 1450 m, close to the Avencal de Urubici Waterfall (30 km) and easy access to the São Joaquim wineries: Vinícola Pericó 19 km, Dalture and Villa Francioni 28 km. The entrance to the Rancho is via SC110 (paved) and an internal access of less than 200 meters of good gravel road.

Cozy House in São Joaquim SC

Stay in an excellent house in São Joaquim, close to the Center, a quiet and safe place, with security cameras throughout the patio. If you are looking for a warm place to enjoy the cold of the Santa Catarina mountain range, our house has thermal insulation on the walls, to keep the environment with a mild climate, even in months of intense cold. Water heating in all taps and plenty of room for up to 6 people with total comfort. We have our own laundry in the residential complex.

A nice townhouse in the center of the coldest city in Brazil, with easy access, close to the best restaurants in town! Cozy and well-decorated space to welcome you. We have several items to help warm you up on cold winter days. For this, we have a wood-burning stove, typical of the region, (exclusively for heating), heaters, thermal sheets and blankets. We provide bath and face towels. Come and enjoy good times in the comfort of Casa São Quincas.
