We are very happy with the accommodation. Everything is clean, the kitchen is equipped, and Mrs. Sandra is very attentive. The bed is very warm… we'll be back more often, for sure!

We really like staying in Niucéa's apartment. Everything was clean, tidy and the host is very friendly and welcoming. We recommend it!

I commented with Daniel that it was one of the best experiences we had on Airbnb, apartment is impeccable, bed linen and smelling pillows again. Impeccable and very complete Kitchen, the space is still bigger than in the pictures, we feel at home and we can make a risotto and have a lot of wine. In the house has a first aid kit that was very useful, heaters in the bedrooms and in the living room. The cleaning was spotless. The property is in the central region of the city, close to the square and the church of the city. When we return to São Joaquim we will definitely want to repeat and stay there, in addition to everything impeccable, Daniel is very kind and always answered very quickly!
