Holiday rentals with a fire pit in São João das Lampas

Heli was very helpful, friendly and checked in on us to make sure everything ok. House and gardens were excellent with lots of facilities. Plunge pool was lovely and a great asset to the garden as was the covered seating area to get some shade when needed. Road was very busy traffic wise so a bit noisy at night from the front bedroom. Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be a bonus but fans provided in all rooms. Would highly recommend this property and will be back. Thank you Heli for a lovely, relaxing enjoyable stay x

We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. Beautiful house with garden close to various cities. Quiet area and beautiful garden. Friendly host.

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. I recently stayed at Fernando Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality. The space was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The location was ideal, nestled in a charming neighborhood that offered both tranquility and easy access to local attractions by car. Fernando was incredibly responsive and provided helpful recommendations for things to do and places to see. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, my experience was fantastic; If you’re looking for a cozy and welcoming spot, this is the place for you!

Good place to stay, but the best for a couple

It was my first time visiting Portugal, and this place was the best place to stay in. I visited my friends, and I can’t even compare their places to mine. It was very nice and clean, very helpful and respectful, responsible and proactive. Beautiful place with nice views and pool, also food was good, and I felt like home. Thanks a lot everyone, especially Armie, who was taking care about all needs.

Eduardo was extremely helpful, responsive, and flexible at all stages of the stay. The apartment is absolutely perfect; spacious, clean, and with a stunning private terrace. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the iconic Alfama neighbourhood. We had the perfect getaway for a large group of 8.

The place is truly magical, it looks like a little slice of paradise just steps from the sea. Lovely places and a place to stay that makes you feel right at home. A beautiful garden, the barbecue corner, a special touch, and the lovely decor. Highly recommended for those who want to be close to the big city but also want to explore the surroundings without losing the feeling of home.

Very nice small studio, with an available host, a great terrace and good wifi connection. Quick access to Sintra. Small downside, it was a little chilly at night this December. But, overall, we recommend eyes closed! We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend Filipe’s Airbnb! Situated just outside of Ericeira and easy to get there via car, taxi and I think there’s also a bus. The Airbnb is just a short walk down to the beach where there’s a small bar and cafe. Also it has a surf school which is much less busy than the ones in Ericeira. The house itself is just a perfect place to relax, there is loads of space outside the house to sunbath or sit out for dinner. Filipe is a brilliant host, he helped us with everything we needed and let us know the area and things to do. He also has two amazing dogs that love some fuss. Overall we couldn’t recommend Filipe and his Airbnb enough. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely stay again.

A perfect stay. Dora was a super attentive host and took all our needs into consideration. The accommodation is impeccable, super clean, the Jacuzzi is well organized in terms of logistics and is a magnificent plus. Excellent stay! Mrs. Lucília and her husband were very welcoming and friendly to us. They showed us the property and let us taste the wine, which was very good! We brought a bottle home and everything ❤️

It's a great place for celebrations and time with friends and family. Despite the fact that these are holiday cabins, I was really surprised by cleanliness of all the rooms. Kitchen, toilet, bedrooms, everything was very clean and smelled good. Sofia was very friendly and responsive. Thank you for your hospitality, I would love to recommend this place to everyone!

We had a very pleasant stay, with extremely kind and very caring hosts. The accommodation is very convenient and functional. The pool is a plus not to be overlooked! and the wine of Armendo is delicious!!! We recommend +++, go there with your eyes closed!
