Holiday rentals with a patio in Sao Goncalo

Such an amazing place to live in and the host is so friendly, PLUSSSS the location is amazing, overall I'm so grateful and happy to be able to visit this beautiful place 🙏❤️

Deze accomodatie was perfect voor ons verblijf. Het was exact zoals beschreven: proper, goede ligging en alles wat je nodig had. In de beschrijving staat dat er geen handdoeken aanwezig waren, maar ze waren er wel. Een aangename verassing. Het centrum van Funchal was op loopafstand, ideaal. Ook de parking was ideaal, nooit opzoek moeten gaan naar parking was zeker een pluspunt. De parking was ook ruim en makkelijk in en uit te rijden. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf hier en zouden zeker terugkomen.

What a wonderful place to stay. The balcony is just amazing and is the perfect spot for a glass of wine after a day of exploring Madeira. Nothing was too much trouble for Marie. Even down to the coffee machine not working on arrival and a replacement landing with us within an hour, which was beyond all expectations! The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything we could possibly have needed! 🙂

Filipa was a great host and this is one of the best AirBnb’s we have stayed in. Great location, only a short walk into town and the area is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a park just over the road. Great space with lots of attention to detail and very clean. We loved Funchal and will definitely be booking this accommodation again when we return. Thank you for such a great stay.

This is an exceptional find in Madeira - beautiful apartment with one of the greatest infinity pools we've ever seen (we didn't have it heated, as the refreshing dip was PERFECT after walking up and down Madeira's incredibly steep hills!) Great amenities and if you don't fancy walking back up after an evening enjoying Calheta's fine restaurants, a taxi is only about €6 (would def recommend a car to explore the island though)

Sehr empfehlenswertes Airbnb! Die Unterkunft war sauber, aufgeräumt und die Bettwäsche fleckenlos – alles machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Der Check-in war super einfach und der Gastgeber war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Besonders hilfreich war das kleine Heft in der Wohnung mit Infos zum Check-out sowie Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Das Airbnb liegt etwas abgelegen von der Hauptstraße, was für Ruhe und Privatsphäre sorgt – man hört keinen Verkehr. Dafür fliegen die Flugzeuge vom nahegelegenen Flughafen (ca. 8 Minuten entfernt) direkt über das Gebäude. In der Wohnung hört man sie zwar etwas, aber es war keineswegs störend – eher spannend, sie so nah zu sehen. Die Lage ist insgesamt top: In einer Minute ist man auf der Autobahn, mit Anbindung in beide Richtungen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Madeira zu erkunden!

Manuel hat uns persönlich vom Ortszentrum abgeholt und uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit gerne wieder unseren Urlaub im Oceanic-Appartement verbringen.

The villa was beautiful - stunning location - and perfectly furnished. Lovely walk to Ponta do Sol village but the walk back is not for the faint hearted - Bolt is available :-) Whilst there were a few teething issues on arrival, Rita was super responsive and helpful in sorting any problems and our stay was great. It was a lovely stay in a stunning villa with amazing views and we would love to come back.

The place was nice, clean with good parking. Maria was very responsive and helpful. Only complaint -- room doors can create noise when closed with open windows due to not great fit, but it easily solvable with some socks

Très beau logement, propre, literie impeccable. Logement situé au dessus d’un bar qui peut être bruyant de temps en temps le soir. Nous avions 2 voitures et trouvions tout le temps de la place pour se garer. Bref, je recommande ce logement car il est idéalement situé pour visiter l’île.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Madeira und insbesondere die Wohnung in Campanàrio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, frisch renoviert und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Mit einem Mietauto ist die Lage ausserhalb der Hauptstadt kein Problem und man fühlt sich im Dorf, in der Bäckerei und in den Shops herzlich willkommen. Luis ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, hat eine Antwort auf alle Anliegen und ist trotzdem nicht aufdringlich. Wir können die Unterkunft für ein Paar sehr empfehlen.

Excellent séjour chez Jose et Paula la co-hôte. Le logement est assez isolé en altitude au dessus de funchal donc les soirées sont fraîches. la voiture est plus que nécessaire.pas de commerce à proximité. La literie est parfaite . Le linge de maison propre et de qualité. Nous n avons pas profité de la piscine car un peu froide à notre goût… Un petit lave vaisselle disponible non indiqué sur le descriptif. Paula a été très réactive à toutes nos demandes…réponse en moins de 10 minutes à chaque fois.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable, et nous en avons beaucoup profité car il faisait un temps magnifique.

Bernardo and his wife are very warm and helpful hosts who make you feel very welcome. I was even greeted with a typical Madeira cake and mangoes from their own tree. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the accommodation has everything you need. The house is a bit noisy, but if you are a light sleeper you can help yourself with earplugs. I would highly recommend the accommodation and would come back at any time.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Funchal. The space was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal: quiet but still within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Check-in was smooth, and the host was welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madeira!

Leonardo let us check in early. Beautiful clean environment right next to the water. He provided a clear and quick video to watch for instructions. Parking is a little complicated but your car is safe in a garage which is nice. Definitely recommend.

Logement conforme à la description, bien équipé et très bien localisé pour découvrir Funchal. Garage hyper pratique pour stationner un véhicule. Carla est très réactive, très sympathique et de bons conseils. Je recommande !

Wirklich ein super schönes Apartment! Genau wie auf den Fotos, man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Der Blick ist atemberaubend! Würde jedem empfehlen hier zu übernachten während man in Funchal ist. Bis zur Stadt sind es ca. 25min zu Fuß. Das Bett ist super bequem. Jederzeit wieder :)

Great location and views. Plane and street noise did not disturb us as we kept bedroom windows closed. Everything you need to cook. WiFi can be a little spotty. I would stay there again.

The apartment was is a quiet neighborhood and the view was exceptional. The communication with Vasco was easy and quick.

Gorgeous spacious apartment walkable to everything in downtown Funchal - restaurants, shopping the water, musicians in the restaurant area were so fun! (Not near the house). All of Funchal seems to have some construction especially behind this building but I suspect u can’t escape that anywhere in Funchal. Otherwise it was a fantastic apartment and would definitely rent there again. Hosts were wonderful
