Holiday rentals with a patio in Sao Goncalo

Carolina and Tiago were very helpful and were always responding to all our queries. They made us a lot of great local recommendations. They also accommodated our request for an early check in.

This is a beautiful place! The pictures did not do it justice. It was open and spacious, we felt relaxed the minute we stepped in! We traveled with our 3 adult children and we had plenty of space. There were a lot of extra touches-fresh flowers, a cooler to use, swim towels, complimentary cake and wine, and blankets for use out on the patio. The parking was convenient as we rented a car for travel on the island. We took the path to town and wish we would have done this earlier to enjoy the beach. The view was mesmerizing and we even saw some dolphins! dolphins! We woredolphinsdolphins

Super host - very responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Great location to explore on foot and by car. Parking no issue, and easy drive to airport. Apartment was tremendous. Balconies allowed us to have breakfast in the sun outside admiring the views. Walk into town about 15 mins down hill - not too strenuous. Lots of Ubers that were inexpensive, so easy to get about. We had x4 full days in Madeira which were full of activities. Palace Gardens and Levarda walks were excellent. Truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 9 nights as a couple and were absolutely thrilled. Communication was excellent, even before the booking – friendly, smooth, and very helpful, which gave us a great feeling right from the start. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with high-quality amenities – nothing was missing. A real highlight were the balconies and the stunning rooftop terrace – perfect for relaxing! We were also able to use the parking space after arranging it in advance, which was very convenient. Grocery stores and great restaurants are within walking distance – the location is ideal. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Fantastic property and location, close to restaurants,shops,and the marina. With a Supermarket right next door. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the roof terrace was a total sun trap and a lovely place to chill of an evening. The owner answered any questions we had very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be booking again. 5*

Luisa and her father were wonderful and sooo accommodating. This AirBNB is in the perfect location; less than 10 min walk from everything you’d want to do in Funchal. I’d stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay. The balcony is just amazing and is the perfect spot for a glass of wine after a day of exploring Madeira. Nothing was too much trouble for Marie. Even down to the coffee machine not working on arrival and a replacement landing with us within an hour, which was beyond all expectations! The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything we could possibly have needed! 🙂

We had a great stay at Ricardo’s house! The view and house are amazing. To make pickup with Bolt easier we would walk up the hill to where rua Engenheiro Luís Peter Clode and rua da Levada de St. Luzia meet, it seemed easier for drivers to find. Also the gate and entry to the house is on rua Engenheiro Luís Peter Clode if your map is having a hard time. There is only a washer and not a dryer. But there are drying racks. The front door will auto lock when it shuts, so if you go on the upstairs patio make sure another door is unlocked or you wedge the door! Those are things that could have helped us, but the stay was great! We enjoyed the views, and the open space! We found the location fine! Bolt was very easy to take back and forth to downtown Funchal and close villages and airport. Would recommend!

A wonderful and neat house with everything you need. Convenient location, 8 km from the airport. In the afternoon, you can hear the planes, but at night they don't fly. The wonderful host answered all the questions. The price-quality ratio is just super!

We (two couples) had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house is a little more spacious than we thought. Nice view. Lovely swimming pool. On this slope, clouds sometimes prevented the sun from showing itself. You have to take the car to get to restaurants. Hosts always responded quickly to a message from us. All in all recommended!

We enjoyed our holidays in Madeira and especially the apartment in Campanàrio. The apartment is cozy, freshly renovated and equipped with everything you need. With a rental car, the location outside the capital is no problem and you feel welcome in the village, in the bakery and in the shops. Luis is a perfect host, has an answer to all concerns and is still not intrusive. We highly recommend the accommodation for a couple.

Stunning location and views, very clean place, the drive up to the airbnb is a little tedious but not too bad. Extremely responsive and communicative hosts. We were sad to leave but would definitely rebook!

Carla was a wonderful host! She provided detailed instructions, was responsive to our questions, and the apartment was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could need! Enjoying coffee on the deck, overlooking the water, was an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Funchal. The space was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal: quiet but still within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Check-in was smooth, and the host was welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. Accommodation as described, well equipped and very well located to discover Funchal. Super convenient garage for parking a vehicle. Carla is very responsive, very friendly and gives good advice. I would recommend it!

Very nice apartment with stunning view. Close supermarket to buy everything we needed. Parking in underground garage. Cookies and bananas as a welcome gift were very great.

Great location and views. Plane and street noise did not disturb us as we kept bedroom windows closed. Everything you need to cook. WiFi can be a little spotty. I would stay there again.

The apartment was is a quiet neighborhood and the view was exceptional. The communication with Vasco was easy and quick.

Gorgeous spacious apartment walkable to everything in downtown Funchal - restaurants, shopping the water, musicians in the restaurant area were so fun! (Not near the house). All of Funchal seems to have some construction especially behind this building but I suspect u can’t escape that anywhere in Funchal. Otherwise it was a fantastic apartment and would definitely rent there again. Hosts were wonderful

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.
