The apartment is very nice, clean, super well located, comfortable! We traveled with my family (Group of 7 people) and we were all delighted with what the apartment and its surroundings offer. Located on the beach, with very good social areas (pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24/4 micro-market and best of all an unparalleled view. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely go back there! Hannah was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions! 5 Stars!

Very beautiful view and a complete resort

The host was excellent. All in a quick and practical way. The apartment is very well decorated, comfortable and structured. The view is the icing of the cake. The village of Cumbuco is very organised, with paving blocks, parking lots and wonderful food. It was worth it to enjoy Paulo's apartment in Wai Wai. I recommend

The place is great and the view is a spectacle. The internet is good, I work in a home office and I didn't have any kind of problems. I would definitely stay on the spot again!

Wonderful two bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the beach from both bedroom windows. There are a lot of restaurants and other businesses within a short walking distance, and the location halfway between the city center and the busy part of meireles is perfect. Massimo and Iza were incredibly helpful and responsive before and during our stay. We looked at lots of airbnbs before choosing this one, and we would 100% choose this one again if we come back to Fortaleza.

It was all great. Perfect accommodation. Only the shower of the social bathroom (from the service area) was not working, it did not have the shower installed. Another note that should be made: condominium employees collect our things if we are not at the tables near the pool and take them to the guardhouse. I went twice to bathe in the sea and collected my belongings that were on the table. I found this boring and constragedor, as I was with the elderly and children, I had to look for another place to accommodate them.

I loved my stay, the very beautiful apt with an incredible view, complete kitchen, clean , bed linen and impeccable bath. Close to several cool restaurants that you can walk. Impeccable apartment in great condition, extremely pleasant location, the host is very present and responds quickly, the house comfortably accommodates 6 people, it has great sound and TV in the living room and the beds are very comfortable!

Everything is very organized, 24-hour security, there is a grocery store inside the condominium, a wonderful pool, the host is always concerned with the guests... we will definitely come back more often...

I believe that the one who was most surprised was my 4-year-old daughter, she loved the apartment, the pool area, my grandmother loved the hammock on the balcony and I thought all the amenities around Studio Iracema were perfect. Everything we needed to feel at home was in the rental, so I'm giving it a 10 and I'm already recommending it to friends.

I went with a group of 12 people. Everyone was very good in the apartment has a full kitchen, utensils, the suites with bathroom, as well as lavatories scattered around the house. An interesting fact of the dynamics of the house is that the kitchen and living area are upstairs, most likely due to air circulation. A great advantage is to be safe in a condominium, with privacy and quick access to the beach and pool. Another house advantage is a dishwasher with 8 services, something very rare in the homes of Ceará. The structure of the house is very good, but it seems little used, with some points with rust, jammed or worn out. But this does not compromise the stay. Power was missing several times, which is a power utility problem. Finally, the hostess answered all our calls and still found a car seat for rent. As future improvements, it could have a hair dryer, airfryer, barbecue skewers, wine glasses. Everyone loved it!

We had an amazing weekend at the house! It is super spacious and well furnished, two bedrooms with air-conditioning and one bedroom with a fan. The house has a great variety of household items, such as a stove, air fryer, sandwich maker and even a coffee maker, which made all the difference for our stay. In addition, the condominium structure is excellent, offering safety and comfort, and the location is simply wonderful, as it is in front of the beach🏝️! Perfect for those who want to take a dip in the sea and go for a late afternoon walk. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely come back!

We had a great vacation there, they get all the assistance from Gerson. Nice apartment, spacious, suites with air conditioning. The only thing though was the TV that didn't work. The condominium, foot in the sand, is well cared for, with swimming pool, playground, game room, court and restaurant with good food. Beautiful beach, but on the stretch in front of the condominium there are many stones, which requires care at high tide. Finally, the city should clean the beach because there are stretches with accumulated trash.

Simply wonderful stay! The resort is a paradise, all very clean and well taken care of. The house is impeccable, all well organized and with space for family to be very comfortable. And the host is solicitous, responds quickly and gives super helpful instructions. We fell in love and will definitely be back.

The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is large and pleasant, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the days we stay. However, some points could be improved. The bathroom windows are very low, which generated discomfort at the time of the bath. Also, the door of one of the bathrooms was jammed and made a lot of noise when it opened and closed. We also noticed a gutter in the barbecue.
