Despite the rainy season that disturbed a lot, the location of the property greatly facilitated our commute to the village, restaurants, church, etc... The apartment, very well equipped, fully satisfied our needs. At another time, if possible, I intend to rent the same apartment.

we had a great stay! The apartment is small, but super comfortable. The rooms are a great size. The building's concierge is also very good! The only thing that bothered us a little was the strong smell that was in the apartment whenever we arrived, we don't know if it's always like that or if it was due to some maintenance. And also the G1 garage had a strong and very hot smell. we cooked every day in the apartment, it had the basic and necessary utensils. the beds were very comfortable! The pool area has a breathtaking view. oh and we could also walk to the mall. Great locale. We felt at home!

Upon arriving at the apartment, it was impeccably clean, pleasant and fragrant. The apartment fully matched the photographs and is quite cozy. It is very close to the beach and has good infrastructure nearby. Cláudia is an excellent host, very helpful and attentive. I intend to return more often.

Space is exactly like in the pictures — beautiful, very beautiful and cozy. It is close to the beach, you can walk quietly, and there are many restaurants nearby. For the more distant locations, Uber's value is also accessible. The host, Luís, was very attentive, responded quickly and answered all questions.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

Awesome! Really special place. The place is beautiful and tasteful, it has everything you need to enjoy the beach with a lot of comfort. The flat is very cozy and spacious, very complete kitchen and has a beautiful view of the pool and beach. Everyone was delighted! Thank you so much for the reception :)

Wonderful place, gated community with restaurant (excellent service from Branca) and with the beach as a backyard, historic center, you can go on foot or by car with parking. We spent wonderful days at Ivana's house. Ivana was a wonderful host, very helpful, available, friendly and dear! The house fully matches the description, extremely well decorated, clean, well ventilated and comfortable. She left everything ready to welcome us, including my baby and a friend's baby. It had a high chair, crib, bathtub and toys! Other than that, a very special treat for the kids and the adults too! The next time I go to Porto Seguro, I want to stay at Ivana's house again!
