Holiday houses in São Francisco River

It was a wonderful experience for my family and myself. We will definitely come back more often. The cozy house and every differential was the fact of having a bathroom in each room, which brings us even greater privacy, especially when we go with other couples.

The place is just amazing Very central to beach and city center Very clean and all what we needed was there Our host is very friendly and we felt like at home from first moment . Definitely when I m next time there I will come back to this amazing home THX FOR ALL

The place of Fernanda was a grateful surprise, all clean, a wonderful decor and with all that is necessary for a great stay. Bath and bed linen of quality and very clean and very clean. Condominium well located, in front of the beach, quiet,well taken care of with a beautiful landscaping and a delicious pool. Sanzia is responsible for the check in and checkout and a friendliness. The owner sent several tips on Itacimirim, restaurants, beach stalls...which was very helpful. I went with my mother, my son and a friend and everyone loved and already want to program to return.

Wonderful house, prettier until the photos . All the steps we have to climb to get there are compensated. Florencia always attentive and proactive and easy communication. Pena had no air-conditioning in the living room … it was a hellish heat and the fan was insufficient. A washing machine would also be useful . The stay was great! The apartment is comfortable, organized, clean and has a lovely view! The host and the collaborators were cordial and maintained prompt service and clarification of doubts. In addition it is close to restaurants, groceries, bakery, ice cream shops... I will definitely return at another time.

We had a great stay at Felipe's house. The space is as well as the photos show. Felipe was helpful in providing information about the location and sharing tips. For our family, the most positive point without a doubt is the location of foot in the sand. The condo gate opens directly on the beach of Stella Maris, immediately next to Barraca do Lôro, which rents chairs and parasol and has plenty of food and drink options (you can order on the sand or enter the restaurant). The condo pool is great too. Anyway, I highly recommend the place for rest days.

Once again the site was extremely clean, organized , with utensils and items of first necessities at hand. I appreciate all the quality communication and all the interactions we had during the stay. Everything perfect, privileged location, with several options of restaurants and leisure, very well caring condominium, wonderful swimming pool, well organized apartment, impeccable cleaning and a large and well-air balcony. The property of Mr. Jonadabe is perfect for those who seek peace and tranquility with the family. I'll definitely stay there again.

Cond cozy, good location (from the ferry, shopping, laundry, bakery). Surrounded by forest, very good pool, lounge chairs, barbecue area. Has no sea view (said in the listing). The beach access takes place crossing the avenue and walking ~100 meters, through a community entrance. House with great structure, newly built, 4 large suites (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 2nd floor). Comfortable beds, good quality linen. Conta with a great own pool and own BBQ area. The hostess sent us all the guidelines and suggestions about Arraial. She was attentive and complied with all the requests that arose. Points to consider: > Ladder to the upper floor VERY dangerous for children and the elderly. > Pans in bad condition (breaking straps, impregnated with fat). > To look perfect some accessories are missing: washing machine, freezer for drinks, electric oven. In general, the stay was very enjoyable. We would definitely be back.
