A Perfect Stay in Amora, Portugal! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house in Amora was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly welcoming. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special—starting with the thoughtful welcome basket filled with local treats and essentials. Such a lovely touch! One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also really appreciated the owner’s local recommendations—every spot they suggested was a hit, from charming cafes to hidden gems in the area. Thanks to their guidance, we discovered a nearby beach frequented mostly by locals—and it was absolute paradise. Quiet, stunning, and totally unspoiled. It made our trip even more magical. This rental truly felt like a home away from home. Cozy, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s clear the host had put a lot of time and love into their house which is why it appealed to us. We were a group of 8 best friends who wanted a relaxing holiday, exploring the local beaches, restaurants, sights and enjoying the pool which is exactly what we got, and more! We particularly loved how spacious the house was and being able to make food together and catch up in the outside dining area and on the rooftop balcony. There was an extensive collection of pans/pots/serving bowls etc which was really useful for a big group. We were only a short taxi ride to the beach where we enjoyed spending time at the beach clubs, and it was also a relatively short taxi journey into Lisbon and Almada. We would definitely recommend!

We felt right at home in this lovely rental. It was so nice, bright, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Kids (4&6) loved the yard and played everyday for hours while we relaxed in the outdoor kitchen. The beach was a short drive with lots of easy parking in May. Great place to stay for day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Antonio was a great host and easy to reach. They left us lovely fruits and pumpkin jam and delicious cake.

Peaceful with a beautiful view of the mountains. The house was perfect for the ten of us. The kids loved the pool and yard to explore. The house is setup so each area of bedrooms can be secluded and the outdoor area is very accommodating for outside eating. When we arrived to the property someone was there to greet us and show us around. Also we were surprised and thrilled to have treats there for us, they were delicious especially the orange Bundt cake. I would definitely rent this house again if I am lucky enough to return to spectacular Portugal.

The perfect stay just outside of Ericeira with the most incredible view of the ocean. You can walk down to São Juliao beach or enjoy the view from different view points on the cliff. The house has the perfect layout for a small group as well. We didn’t want to leave and I can’t wait to come back!

The Villa Malveira was a perfect size for our family of 8 adults plus baby in cot, and all the rooms were extremely spacious. Have never seen so many utensils in one kitchen!! Which was great as due to the 1 year old we ate in quite a lot and made extensive use of the great dining room. But equally had a couple of lovely meals out in the 2 restaurants in the village, where it was easy to shuttle babysitters back and forth to. It is in a great location for exploring Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon, but it was very useful to have 3 cars, although taxis are also incredibly cheap and easy to come by. (Beware google maps - if it sends you up an unpaved road try another way round.) We loved the outside space too - just so relaxing. And Joanna and Rodrigo could not have been more helpful in quickly answering all our questions before and during our visit. Thank you both so much! Moira, Iain and all the family.

Amazing stay! A group of girls stayed for the weekend and Hippolyte was a fab host, super informative and responsive. The aesthetics of the place and outdoor pool was beautiful, kitchen really well equipped and all round everything we needed.

A wonderful place. A peaceful setting, ideally located for restaurants, supermarket and beach. The pool is bigger then it looks on pictures. our children enjoyed the Airbnb. lots of space, secure grounds and a trampoline to keep them entertained. We enjoyed BBQs on the patio. The villa is cleverly designed so that nobody feels on top of each other. would definitely revisit

Lovely place to stay if you are visiting Portugal. Right by the station to get into Lisbon or Cascais, although the Ubers are also very cheap. It’s a 15 mins walk to the beach. And there are shops nearby. The house has 8 rooms and probably accommodates 8 people maximum in terms of communal space inside and outside. But if you are just looking for a really nice place to keep your head down because you are out exploring Portugal all day then it will be good for more people as the rooms are spacious. A great stay overall.

Quinta da Bella Vista exceeded expectations. Dinesh, who checked us in, truly set the mood for our elopement with welcoming jazz music, wine, and cheese. The space was much larger than we anticipated, perfect for our pre-wedding prep. We loved it so much, we added an extra day to soak it all in! Aline and Dinesh's hospitality went above and beyond – their responsiveness to our needs made everything seamless. We couldn't resist adding the delicious breakfast each day (highly recommend!), fueling our explorations of the charming town within walking distance. Evenings were spent enjoying deliveries via the Glovo app, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The Quinta itself is breathtaking – stunning grounds, incredible views, and beautiful architecture. It couldn't have been a more magical place to celebrate our elopement. Quinta da Bella Vista holds a very special place in our hearts, and we'll definitely be back for anniversaries and any other excuse we can find!

Fantastic villa, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were a group of 8 and teh space was welcome, lovely pool, excellent bedrooms & bathrooms, one for each couple, comms with agents was good & very helful, would recommend this property and glad we stayed in it

The house is really lovely and with a lot of character. It is great for a bigger group to share and the pool area in particular is fantastic. Rooms are all reasonably comfortable and with their own bathrooms. There are minor things that could easily be fixed to make the space feel more luxurious as the price is quite high - couple of broken/wobbly furniture items, some more kitchen utensils / glasses as usually it would be a big group staying, some general comfort supplies, quality of toiletries etc. But these are small things - overall its a very nice space with lots of privacy and a nice location.

I booked the villa for my sister’s hen do and we absolutely loved it! The villa was beautiful and perfect for 10 of us. The location was great because we were close to the beach, and it was easy to order a taxi to the city centre! The host was lovely and checked in with if we needed anything whilst we were there. Would definitely recommend, we had the best time!

We had an amazing family time. The house is perfect for large groups . Very clean . Nice pool and barbecue . Alexandra was very a nice and responsive host . Thank you !!! We will definitly repeat soon !

Raquel and her family were so accommodating with our check-in and so friendly. They gave us great advice on things to do in the area. The house is absolutely spectacular! It is even better than the pictures. The pool area is fantastic and our 3 kids loved it. We had everything we needed and more. The location is great and the local town is beautiful. Perfect accommodation for a group of 13 people. Rooms on 3 levels. At least one bathroom and toilet per level. 1 kitchen on the ground floor and on the 1 st floor. Possibility of meals for 4 per kitchen. We had a time that allowed us to eat outside on 2 large garden tables. Seating for 13 possible in the outdoor area which is small but very pleasant and rare in the city centre. I recommend it and if the opportunity arises, we will be happy to return to this accommodation. Thanks to Maria for her facilities.

Excellent space, for couples with children. I couldn't use the pool because it was too windy and cold. We took the opportunity to have a barbecue. It had toys and puzzles to entertain the children. Supermarkets even 2/3 minutes' walk (Continent, etc.). Large space for street parking. Everything is clean and the decoration is simple, but modern. Tip: They could have some cleaning product, such as a floor-washing detergent and another cloth, while the other dried.

Our visit to Bruno was great and the place was lovely. Nice neighborhood.

I truly loved this house, from the minute we arrived if felt like a home from home. it is fully equipped with every amenity we could have needed. The little shop across the front gate was fabulous to get a few essentials in. I would highly recommend this place especially if you are traveling with a family. We stayed at this villa for just one day, but it left a lasting impression. Everything was perfect – spotlessly clean, incredibly cozy, and full of charm. The pool was a true highlight: the water warmed up beautifully during the day, and in the evening, it became the perfect place to unwind and let go of all tension. A truly peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

Had a nice week! Arrived early and was therefore allowed to check in a little earlier, this was very nice. Everything as described in the listing, so no surprises on arrival! There was a quick response to questions, always friendly in communication. The road that runs in front of the cottage and the bus that stops in front of the door is audible, but was also in the listing. Perfect place for the week I was here, thank you!

We had a fantastic time. We were a group of eight adults and five children between the ages of 7 months and 3 years. There was plenty of space and the swimming pool and sandpit were great. It was lovely to have the outdoor eating space to spend time relaxing, and there was all the practical stuff we needed - two dishwashers, lots of plates and bowls, multiple bathrooms. Sandra was very communicative throughout and made a lot of effort, including buying an extra high chair for us. We would happily stay again and recommend it for a group holiday with children.

Very good experience, the house is very well located, quiet environment. Hotel easily reachable. I recommend it.
