Holiday rentals with a patio in São Domingos

Perfect location for us, really clean comfortable apartment with a fantastic balcony and amazing communication with the hosts. Fully recommend

Everything went extremely well, from booking to checkout. Ivete Helena is very friendly, she gives valuable advice and arranged my arrival with a taxi. The apartment is very well located in the Achada district of Santo Antônio, close by taxi to the most beautiful beaches and the plateau (count two euros for a taxi ride). the apartment is perfectly compliant and comfortable. I will return there without hesitation.

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

We had a few issues with the listing that the co-host promply resolved and even offered a better stay in another airbnb however that didn't work for us since we chose the place for the location but luckily we were able to work together to solve the issues and ended up having a lovely stay. The location is the best part, close to restaurants, hospital, bus stop and various stores! Jessica was always available to help and Kendra was attentive as well.

I have an amazing stay, Francisca is always so helpful and responsive. She went the extra mile to help us and we have an superb stay. The house has a view so beautiful, that it leaves you speechless. I recommend anyone who's looking for an quiet and huge place, this is right for you. I'm really thankful for my stay in there

We only spent one night there to fly the next morning. Convenient for this but a little far from the center and area with little interest. The host is a remarkable kindness and very accommodating more makes the trips. We took us to the beach and airport

Overall really great experience

This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

Very nice spacious villa, very responsive and available host, in a quiet residential area and accessible amenities, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Also, the air conditioning in each room, and the cozy outdoor area with very clean pool are very nice.

We were so glad we chose Casa Aloé Vera for our stay in Santiago - it was the perfect place to explore the island from. We loved eating Vany's delicious breakfasts watching the local birds from the veranda in the morning - the kingfishers are beautiful! The cottage is in a great location, just a 15-20 minute walk to Cidade Velha where there are some good restaurants and the fantastic UNESCO sights to explore. Inside the house itself is really homely, with everything you'd need to make your stay comfortable. Sonia was very communicative and even helped us find a travel agent to help with internal flight before we'd even. We'd love to return one day to this little spot of paradise.

Great place! All the necessary equipment for a very comfortable holiday. The location is perfect: a short walk to the beach and right next to many restaurants/ bars. (A little noisy in the evening for the room located on the street side, so). The center of Praia can be reached in 5/10 minutes by taxi. Highly responsive host. I highly recommend it!

We had a lovely time in this apartment. Upon arrival, there were a few small issues, but Dany fixed them within 24 hours. Fantastic! The housekeeper came twice a week and left everything in order. Nice gave us very useful advice and the visit to her store was very nice. In short, a great success. Thank you.

Maria was a great host overall, fast communication and the instructions on how to get there was sufficient as long as the taxi driver from the airport calls her to get those instructions since the street has no name and the apartment has no number. Other than that the apartment is very nice and comfortable. Just $10 euros to/airport and $6 euros to the port. Recommend.

The home is comfortable and located in a quiet area near the beachfront. Good communication with Eunice answering calls. I would recommend it.

I thank Fatima who remained available throughout our stay. The apartment is as described, the residence is secured with caretaker. There are places all around the residence to park. Fatima left us a parking space in the basement. I will come back to this place if I have to return to the island of Santiago,. I would recommend it, especially if you are a group. Glad to have been to your home Fatima.

Edna and Neves both exceed my expectations and standards this is why I make it essential to stay at their apartment every visit to Cabo Verde, they are accessible and know what the guest need without being asked! Neves will go above and beyond for all his guest even if it’s an inconvenience.. amazing apartment and great host, I will be back for third time.

Great welcome upon arrival, the host is available and responsive if needed. We were a group of 4 girls, we liked the location with everything nearby e.g. grocery store, shopping center... Thank you and we look forward to returning again.

Huge apartment with three bedrooms and private terrace overlooking the garden of Lourdes, she even offered us freshly picked papaya! The accommodation is clean and two minutes from the city center. Lourdes was very responsive, kindly advised us and even made it easier for us to travel to Serra Malagueta and Tarrafal I totally recommend it! Thank you for everything!
