Monthly Rentals in Santos-o-Velho

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed! Beautiful murals on all surfaces and extremely clean. Great communication and very accommodating to our early arrival into Lisbon. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay for a few days at Sandra and Joao’s apartment. Their was three of us and there was plenty of space for all of us and having the roof terrace made the stay for relaxing in the mornings as well as in the evenings. The apartment is in a lovely local neighbourhood with some great cafes, coffee roastery, and lovely little places to eat a 5-10 min down the road. Good bus/ tram links, a 10 min walk to Santos train station and a 20 min walk to the Time Out market- walkable to explore the rest of the city or bolt taxis are cheap which we used a few times to go a bit further when it was 33 degrees due to a heatwave! Highly reccomend

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, aesthetic and well equipped. We felt very welcomed by the gift and the responsiveness of the hosts :) The bed is comfy and the balcony and view stunning, everything as in the pictures. The neighborhood is so nice as well, nice cafes, bars, people, etc. It’s more out the crowded areas which we loved. We would love to return to this place someday. Thank you 🫶

If there was a rating above SuperHost, Monica should be given it. Her place is wonderful and we've already recommended it to a friend who will be visiting Lisbon in September. She has everything you'll need in a clean, spacious apartment. The bed was comfortable, the linens crisp and clean, the towels soft and absorbent, and the toilet paper the best we found in Portugal. The guide to Lisbon that she prepared was extremely useful and helpful. The location was easy walking distance to everything downtown, and Tram 28 passed right in front. We had a rental car, so parking was essential for us, so free parking was a huge plus. Photos of how and where to access the spot helped make a difficult situation very easy.
