Villa holiday rentals in Santorini

We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend. The staff are very kind, responsive, and helpful. They helped arrange anything we would need, and during check-in, provided an overview of the island and helpful tips. The room itself was very clean and looked like the photos. It has pretty much everything you need and is quite spacious. The place is generally very quiet and relaxing, with a great view of the sea and sunrise. Only a couple of things: we didn’t realize originally that this is 2 separate rooms joined with an outside patio, but it wasn’t really an issue. If you are walking, it is does require about 10-15 mins on a somewhat narrow and winding street with no sidewalk (vs. staying closer into town would be a better/safer walk). Not an issue though if you plan on having a vehicle as there is parking on site for guests. Also, this suite that we stayed in was beneath a couple of others. At some points, you could hear some footsteps above, but we weren’t bothered.

We have just returned from a week at this superb, well equipped villa which has everything a party of 6 adults needed. The location was perfect with a good selection of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance in and around the lovely village square. There was a fabulous Bakery and store almost on the doorstep which sold everything we needed. The villa manager Sophia was great, very welcoming, quick to respond, helped to organise transport for us for several trips and was helpful with information and suggestions about places to go and the local bus service, nothing was too much trouble for her. Sophia and the cleaners acted very quickly to clean up the outside area after a rain/sandstorm left it covered in a layer of thick dust, it was all spotless again in no time. We would definitely recommend Alchemy Villa for a stay in Santorini

We had a lovely time at Villa Trace and used it as our base to explore more of the island. Given its location, a car is absolutely necessary especially in the warmer months where it is too hot to be walking in the heat of the day. They also provided a very generous daily breakfast which was a nice surprise. The bedrooms were spacious and we comfortably stayed as a family of 5. My only comment would be that the villa is situated directly next to a busy road (trucks and buses all day and into the evening), which I was not aware of prior to booking. This made relaxing by the pool a little harder with the traffic noise but we still had a fantastic time regardless! Highly recommend if looking for a base to get out and explore.

We had a wonderful stay, the photos do t do it justice. From the initial messages with John, to being welcomed by Toni, to breakfasts by Alex we could not have asked for more as a family. We will definitely be going to this home again and Santorini, it was a really special family time in the most beautiful of settings. We would recommend this to anyone. Having a car was also great to get around the stunning island.

Even before arrival, Marcos, z host, messaged me after booking and offered help w/ anything—and he meant it. He kindly assisted w/ every single request. The villa is stunning: perched above the sea w/ breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and every detail thoughtfully arranged for comfort and beauty. But what made zis stay unforgettable was Marcos. He’s z kind of host who makes you feel like family—always available, kind, & genuinely attentive. We celebrated my bday during z trip, and to our surprise, he brought a beautiful, delicious cake. It was a heartfelt touch that made our trip not just a vacay, but a cherished memory. Alme Villa is immaculate and finished to a high standard, with stylish décor and thoughtful design throughout. The owner was fantastic—personally greeting us, showing us around, and kindly allowing a late check-out. The outdoor space is incredible, with two terraces, upper seating areas, sun loungers, a dining area, and a stunning private pool with waterfall, jacuzzi jets, and a shaded cave section. Inside, the layout is spacious, featuring a lounge, walk-in wardrobe, luxurious master suite, and an amazing bathroom with walk-in shower and fairy lights. There’s also a cosy loft room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second bathroom. Daily pool and regular villa maintenance keep everything spotless. Quiet & peaceful location near shops and a great mezze restaurant. We recommend a car as taxi’s are expensive. Just 10 mins to Fira and 20 to Oia. Alme Villa offers space, comfort, and a relaxing Santorini escape—we highly recommend it.

This house was beautiful and George was the best host. We were staying at another place and had an issue with water so had to leave unexpectedly and George responded and even met us at the house and had the fridge and pantry stocked for us all within an hour of booking! The house is beautiful and clean, the views are amazing and you are a short drive away from the shops and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed here longer, thank you George!

We had so much an amazing stay. Not only was the place itself beautiful but Ioannis was such a wonderful and responsive host. Any questions or concerns I had she responded right away and was there to help if I needed.

Great villa with great views and Sophia was an amazing host always happy to help. It was nice to be within a quick walk of the pretty traditional village Megalochori. The restaurants that Sophia recommended were excellent.

This house exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect with right across the beach and next to many delicious restaurants. The reserved beach chairs were amazing. Easy to get to many other Santorini attractions.

If we could rate any higher than five stars we would!! We travelled to Santorini to celebrate special birthdays and the villa was everything we could have wished for and more. The host was so helpful in giving recommendations & a pleasure to communicate with. The villa was absolutely beautiful and it felt so homely for seven of us. It was super clean and had all the amenities we would ever need. The area where the villa is situated is very peaceful & quiet, and only a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We can’t thank Rene enough for her hospitality and kindness throughout our trip! If you’re travelling to Santorini any time soon, this is the place for you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The location is amazing with breathtaking views. There is a lot of restaurants and shopping close. You can hear the beautiful church bells ringing. Maria and Nikkos were both very responsive and helpful. We had many flight time changes leading up to and including at the airport in Athens and they took care of everything. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! We can’t wait to go back!!!

Nayia & Dani were great! They gave me recommendations & helped with reservations before we arrived & helped with any questions we had when we got there. The place was great, walking distance to Oia, but far enough away to be out of the crowds, very quite patio to enjoy the sunset on.

Staying at the cave homes was everything we had imagined. We loved the space the two homes gave us (for our family of four - 2 adults and two children - aged 16 and 18). The views were spectacular - could never tire of them!!! Jackie was great - very responsive and helpful. Accommodation was located a short walking distance to the bakery/restaurant/small shop which was very convenient (especially as when we went many places were closed). Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!!!

We had a great vacation at Anna's. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated! Small touches were waiting for us: bottle of wine, necessary for breakfast…, which is very much appreciated. Check-in and check-out are very easy, Tony is welcoming and accommodating, we were able to leave our luggage on the day of our departure. The location of the accommodation allows you to travel throughout the island!

Impeccable accommodation, very clean, quiet , relaxing. The host is a very nice person,he advised us for various shops, restaurants, places to visit, and especially helped us to rent a car remotely so really great it helped me a lot. I would recommend staying here. The pool is cleaned and clean

We had a wonderful stay at The Winery Estate! Location was private while still being a 5 to 10 minute walk to local stores, restaurants and a wonderful bakery. The town of Megalochori was charming, family friendly and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend having a vehicle to make driving to many of the Santorini attractions easiest but the location of the Winery Estate was within a quick walk to public transportation and taxi services. The estate itself was beautiful, and had enough room for all 9 of us. The children of our group enjoyed having their own private space as did all the adults. The beds were comfortable and clean and the bathrooms as beautiful as they were functioning. The outdoor spaces were an added bonus as was the pool! Sarah and Saliveros were wonderful hosts and made sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay with them. Saliveros met us at the estate and provided an interesting and helpful tour. Highly recommended :) Thank you again!

Stamatina, is such a gracious host! She gave us recommendations right from the beginning, she helped us with a laundry service, she helped us book a wonderful massage. The place is beautiful and pristine! The view of the water is nice and we really enjoyed the use of a car (you have to stay at least 5 nights for this amenity). Stamatina was very quick to reply to my What's App messages. Just an amazing host all around. Her staff are really great too and can't say enough nice things about the people that keep it going. We were picked up at the port when we arrived and dropped off at the airport when we left promptly and on time! The breakfast they bring over is delicious and plenty of food. Some kind sof eggs, homemade jam and breads. In fact, we would usually eat at 9:00am and then go eat dinner around 4:00-5:00pm and be good for the day. If you are looking at other places just stop right now and book this one. It was definitely in our top 5 of places we have stayed at!

Probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. the location is perfect for getting around the island if you have a car. the nearby town is 5mins walk and the villa is set on a ridge where you can see the sunset and sunrise 🌄 but the best feature was how responsive the host was! he is like an AI chatbot for all things Santorini! he gave amazing recommendations and responded almost instantly to any questions 👌🏽

charalampos's villa was our favourite stay from our entire trip. it looks exactly like the photos if not better. charalampos is super friendly and has made a big effort with the furnishing & finish. extremely well appointed and he and his brother were very kind preparing recommendations, and even stocking some snacks in the fridge!! the location is peaceful, but beach and restaurants are close. pool & jacuzzi were spotlesd. bedrooms extremely comfortable. it was fantastic
