Apartment holiday rentals in Santorini caldera

Our stay was unbelievable! We rented out both upper and lower units for our wedding weekend on the island and there aren’t enough words to explain how beautiful the place was. It was even better than pictured, in a very walkable and central location. The hosts live in the home next door and they were incredible! Very responsive, hospitable, understanding, friendly and welcoming. They were very flexible with the check in time, and left a us wine, juice, and homemade cake in the units, cleaned the units and outdoor area daily, did our laundry, and even brought us homemade breakfast one morning when we were home. If you’re looking for a perfect location with family or friends, I would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here. The place is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The view is stunning and is a quick and easy walk to where all the shops and restaurants are. Everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely and always fresh. Most importantly to us, the staff were helpful, kind and responsive. Made everything easy with no stress for us. Exactly what we were looking for, a simple but luxurious room, perfect for a couple, with a private hot tub, immaculate view and great location. So happy we found Βασο’ς place, would absolutely stay here again!

Eirini’s place is situated at nearly the peak of the town. It has one of the most stunning views on earth. Just sit on the little balcony and enjoy! You look out over the entire inner side of Fira and most of the caldera itself. Her restaurant below has the same view, an expansive patio, and also has great food. You develop relationships with her family and the few other workers. She was very kind to us with morning coffees. It is a short, gorgeous walk to first of dozens of great restaurants and hundreds of shops, the cable cars that go down to the sea etc. As in all of caldera-side (beautiful) Fira, be prepared to bring your luggage up and downhill on cobblestone streets on arrival and departure. We wished throughout our 3-week Greek adventure that we had packed more lightly!

Very nice unit, comfortable, very well designed and very well maintained. Great location to explore Santorini, however better with a car. Very nice restaurant within 2 minutes walking. Very caring host. We highly recommend this unit.

Truly I do not think I could say enough good words about our stay. We visited Santorini on our honeymoon and truly had the most magical stay at Thea!! The spot was perfect: nice and clean inside with STUNNING views, just wow! Maria was also such an amazing host. She had so many recommendations for the island. She also helped arrange all our car transfers (one last minute) with ease. Breakfast was also brought to our room every morning and it was the perfect touch. We felt so relaxed and taken care of during our stay! We will certainly be back 💗

If you’re going to do Santorini, this may as well be the place to splurge on - just stay in, enjoy the space and avoid all the hoards of tourists. Everything was great - only two minor points for improvement: there is a similar property right next door to this one (which the photos do well to not show) with nothing separating the balconies - so it’s not the most private of spaces. Perhaps a small wall or plants would help so you’re not so exposed to the guests next door. Mattress feels like it’s probably on its way out, very soft and could probably do with an update. Other than that, it was brilliant place to avoid the crowds from!

A beautifully decorated traditional cave house, but with modern facilities. The place is decorated with lovely art pieces and is pristinely clean and welcoming. Our hosts were extremely helpful and generous, meeting us on check in to guide us through the picturesque lane ways to the accommodation. A lovely quiet place to stay, just out of the business of Thira. Thankyou Maria, Pavlos and Vassili.

Amazing location! Walkable to many restaurants and shops all along Perissa and Perivolos beaches. The restaurant right next door had lounge beds available free with $15 purchase. Everything was nice and clean, host was responsive and friendly…highly recommend!!!

Dimitris offered us an ideal place to stay for our stay. The accommodation is located in the middle of the island which facilitates access to other cities. Dimitris helped us with our transfer from the airport to the accommodation so he accompanied us until the departure when our end of stay where we had to take a bus. Dimitris is really very welcoming and pays special attention to the occupants.

Exactly as pictured and gorgeous kind staff who assisted us with whatever we needed including flexible check out. The most wonderful view. Quick to walk into the centre yet peaceful. There is also a fantastic tavern with authentic Greek food about a 20 second walk from the front door, tucked around the corner - Perfect for when you want an easy night rather than going into the centre.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pyrgos. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at an accommodation quite like this. It was really neat. The accommodation was immaculate, and amenities were exactly as outlined. Dimitris was a superb host; in particular his communication and responsiveness is the best I’ve ever seen from an Airbnb host. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this place to others. Pyrgos itself is a small town well away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia, which we appreciated.

Can’t say enough great things about the place and Marinos! He made our elopement feel so special. Even like family to us! I can’t wait to come back and I’ll be recommending this accommodation to the elopement team, Somewhere Crazy. I was astounded by the service! He helped us with ANY AND EVERYTHING we could ever want, including food and excursions. This was truly the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Marinos!

Dimitri and his team were great with us. They are very friendly and help you with everything. The place is great like in the pictures. The pool area is amazing. Would definetly recommend.

Very nice, clean, functional Airbnb, with neat decoration. The jacuzzi offers a beautiful view, and the small terrace is perfect for breakfast at sunrise. A little tip: plan to have a car, because access is not convenient. The road is impassable on foot and there is no public transport. Alexandros will take care of you, so don't hesitate to contact him if you have any questions.

Rena is an outstanding host! She arranged transportation to and from the ferry port for our group. She is incredibly responsive and kindly gave recommendations for beaches and restaurants. She checked in on us via text during our stay. She also clearly cares for her home and for her neighborhood. We would stay at her place again, absolutely. Rena’s place was perfect for our group of seven. There is a large kitchen if you care to cook, and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. There was always enough hot water for showers. The location is great—5 minutes walk to the center of Fira but set on a quiet street without much foot traffic.

Phenomenal stay! So lucky to have been able to stay here. Check-in was simple, and rides were called for us when we needed them (which was seldom because this place was central to basically everything). Super clean, beautiful views. Would have loved to stay longer if we could’ve!

We loved staying here. Santorini is a big island and there are several spots to stay but we loved Imerovigli. It’s very high up and the views were breathtaking. Much better than Oia which is very crowded. Panos and his team were wonderful and we loved the breakfast every morning. Would absolutely come back!

This place was everything we wanted and more. The location is perfect, located in the middle of the island. Easy for exploring the whole island. You can walk into the town within a few minutes but I’d recommend getting a vehicle so you explore the island. The property itself was perfect, everything was as described and the host was quick to respond. We were greeted at the airport as we booked a transfer which was super easy to do. I would recommend this to everyone, next time I’m in Santorini, I will be booking here again. Amazing!!!!

A great property, with some great views and amenities. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s on a busy one way road which is noisy during the day but evenings/ nights are quieter. Parking for hire cars which is useful and recommended for getting about the island!
