Holiday rentals with beach access in Santoña

The flat is in a superb location, with access to a beautiful beach without crossing a road. Car parking is safe and easily accessed, same applies to the flat itself. The flat is compact and well appointed. The balcony space affords excellent views of beach and beyond, and is a sun-trap from noon onwards. Spotlessly clean. We stayed in mid-May. The weather was very good, warm and dry. We did not spend much time in the town, but when I drove through there seemed to be all the amenities you would expect. The local supermarket (LIDL) was easily accessed and well-stocked. The location allows for a beach holiday or using the flat as a base to tour the area, which is exceptionally scenic and offers a lot of different options. Maria is a delightful, helpful host. I intend to return asap.

All reviews of this apartment give it an excellent score, es normal. We were staying a few days and when we arrived we were surprised how clean it was. The apartment has all the necessary appliances to make the stay super comfortable and pleasant, in the surroundings there are all kinds of shops, a bakery that opens at the very first hour and has different food products, press, etc. There is also a shop of typical products from Cantabria, restaurants, etc., the apartment is next to the promenade of the port and in 7 minutes you walk you put in the center of Laredo. It is supertranquilo, no noise, has an outdoor terrace in case you want to have breakfast outside, it is super equipped and communication with José L. has been very fluid, giving us details at all times about how to get to the apartment, access to it, etc., etc., etc. We have already recommended this apartment to friends from Laredo who have family members outside, and when we return, we will definitely repeat!.

Everything was perfect from the start. Communication with Verónica has been 10. It gives plenty of instructions and information so it makes everything simpler and more comfortable. They have been flexible with the arrival and departure times and any questions or issues we had were resolved. The place meets the characteristics of the listing and is very cozy. The views of the terrace are amazing and you can enjoy it at any time of year. We were very comfortable both in the attic and with the hosts. The only bad thing that could get you out is on the spiral staircase since it is very narrow and you have to be careful when going up and down loaded and the steps quite narrow. Otherwise 10/10. We will definitely be back again!

Amparo and María welcomed me and my partner as true members of their family. We enjoyed perfect privacy, and at the same time were always attentive to any need. The house has all the essential amenities; however, the most noteworthy are its stunning views, the spacious terrace and an unbeatable location. Also, the accesses and parking are very easy to find. The access to the beach is unbeatable and, given the circumstances, we have the proximity of restaurants, two beaches, the lighthouse and cliffs that allow you to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We had thought about taking the car, but I didn't even need it, as everything turned out to be perfectly accessible on foot. If you are looking for tranquility, the comfort of the beach, spectacular views and a really nice stay, this is definitely the best place to enjoy an unforgettable getaway.

The rental is true to the description, very nice spot. We had a very pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The views of the apartment on the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 magnificent sunsets. We enjoyed hiking by the sea and other equally exotic places. Thanks to Manuel for his hospitality and professionalism. We recommend... Good luck for the coming season.

Perfect accommodation, in the heart of this small beach town. We're right in the center, it's full of life (so a little noisy), but it immerses us in the Spanish atmosphere. Great!

Very enjoyable stay, starting with Dámaris, who was friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to meet. We were able to explore Santander on foot, with everything within a pleasant walkable distance. The attic is lovely with tasteful furnishings and everything spotless.

It was a wonderful vacation 🥰 We were all sad when we had to leave.😕 The place is really totally beautiful just like in the pictures. Everything well maintained and everything clean you can't say anything negative at all . The garden was also superbly maintained 😊 we will definitely come back. I can recommend the property 100%.

The stay was terrific. Met more than 100% of expectations. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and hospitable. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the centre of Santander. Something we also like. You will then need to find a parking space in the centre. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Jesus is very helpful and friendly, we loved the place, big front room with dining, nice balcony, plus a power shower, kitchen has everything needed. less than 15 minutes to the lovely big beach and restaurants, very nice area.

Small, cozy place with a great view! The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathroom was very clean and there is a parking space in front of the house! We were very satisfied with the communication, we were recommended restaurants and Bego was always available and inquired about our well-being. Check in was easy and went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

We had such a fabulous stay at Cristina's apartment! Firstly, Cristina herself is just the sweetest person. As soon as we booked the apartment, she was incredibly communicative and helpful, not missing a detail! She also provided us with a ton of great recommendations for around the area. She is really a fantastic host. The apartment is also amazing, and exactly as it appears in the photos - gorgeous seaviews, everything you need and more, and absolutely spotless. We especially loved that you had the incredible views in every room! Additionally, the living room was large and comfortable, the bedroom beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature throughout, and a spacious well-equppied kitchen. We loved it all! When we return to Spain, we would love to stay here again. Thanks again Cristina :)

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation faithful to the photos.Recommable, quiet place 5 minutes from the village.The garden is very good especially if you go with a pet.The comfortable beds. Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
