Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

I had the perfect stay at this Airbnb hosted by Miguel . The building is 100% secure, security 24/7. Usually you don't even see much people, the building is super quiet. Also the staff is super helpful and friendly

A great place to stay, conveniently close to everything you could need. From my experience, it was easy to get to the place. However, I am very familiar with the area, at Fernando's place you'll feel right at home, clean and quiet, except for the school that is nearby by other than that I would stay here again.

Charismer is a great communicator and extremely resourceful. There’s a guidebook inside. The couch is comfy as well as outdoor furniture. You can’t beat the place for the price. The staff in the building are also very nice. I’d stay here again.

Franklin ans Candida are excellent hosts. No complaints and we would be happy to stay here again. Everything was clean and secure so we felt quite safe. They were very responsive anytime we had a question or problem, or needed local guidance they got back to us quickly. We felt right at home, and the rooms are spacious. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you!

Jael's place was very nice. It's as described in the pictures. Very safe environment, and Jael will make sure that she takes care of you. We left an air humidifier behind and Jael contacted us immediately and told us that we can come to pick it up. I highly recommend Jael's place.

Loved the stay. The area is very quiet and private, perfect for rest. The balcony was one of my favorite parts, super nice. The only observation I have is about the lobby staff, who wasn't always attentive to the doors. Other than that, everything was great and the hosts responded very quickly to any questions. You really are getting a bang for your buck at this location. As host described, lots of surrounding construction which can make arriving a bit daunting but daunting but perfect space and clean! Everything worked great and overall my stay was super comfortable. Highly recommend this location

Everything was AMAZING! extremely clean and organized the space inside is GREAT and the location is a DREAM. The Host's are very helpful and always responded in a timely manner. I'll be back again and again. *Everything was spectacular, extremely clean, super spacious and its location is perfect, a safe and quiet area! I will choose this Airbnb again without a doubt! The Hosts respond quickly and to any concerns without problems they are very polite and make you feel at home. This Airbnb is incredibly the best.

Pricis’ place is accurately described, easy to find, clean and she’s very responsive and proactive- which we appreciated the most. The only thing I’d say could be different is an additional TV in the living room. Overall, we’d definitely give Pricis’ place another stay!!
