Newly renovated house, very practical and comfortable. Featuring a wide range of different spaces and an incredible view of the sea and the river mouth. Spread over 3 levels: Level 1 (first floor) – internal and external barbecue areas, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry); Level 2 (second floor) – living-dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom); Level 3 (third floor) – 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a swimming pool and central heating. Heating is charged separately. The pool is close to trees, so there may be some leaves in it.

Walks on the beach, walk along the waterfront, have coffee on Sunday. Eat seafood, have barbecues, rest. Playground for children. I'm not able to offer towels. The pool will have a fence There is Directv only in the main room. There are two prepaid Directv boxes that are charged per day at the supermarket

Close to Tricao Park and Santo Domingo's point for wave and surfing windsurfing. Two hours from Santiago come and enjoy calm, bonitos campo and desolada playa. If there is rain it is advisable to come in 4x4
