Country house with 480 m2 and complete structure, swimming pool and barbecue. Gated community 5 km (asphalt) from the city with a small stretch of dirt road (near the Bodega). Located near Campos do Jordão (about 23 km) and São Bento do Sapucaí. We rent exclusively to families, we do not allow parties, class reunions and group meetings. The condominium has strict rules and fines for disturbing the peace and conduct that is uncomfortable for the condominium members. Fines will be passed on and the site will be notified.

It is close to Cachoeira do Lageado, just a 40-minute walk.

Great cell phone signal with Wi-Fi internet, a large lawn area, with 3 hammocks on the balcony/deck and a gourmet space with a barbecue, pizza oven, refrigerator, table and swimming pool with sun loungers. There are 2 en-suites and 1 full bedroom, all with electric massage mattress, TV, toilet, kitchen equipped with all utensils, open pantry with items, TV room, living room and balcony around the house.
