Mell was amazing with us from the very first moment. When we arrived at the blue house, everything was perfectly arranged and there was even a welcome kit (an unusual treat). In addition, she loves dogs and the whole space is pet friendly (perfect, right?). The place is pure coziness, super calm and quiet, and we were lucky to be there during a time when we could enjoy the pool (which can also accommodate your pets). I wish every weekend was at Mell Ville, it's so perfect! Mell, you're an amazing human being, thank you for taking so much time to welcome us and make us feel good in every detail!

Gleice's space is perfect. Everything was very clean, tidy, extremely organized, nothing was missing. The place is clean, with a lot of privacy, just like the photos, I dare say even better when we get there. I loved the space, I'll definitely be back. Thanks for staying

Host Rosana is a 10, super communicative, proactive and polite, she gave very useful and clear information about the accommodation, gave excellent tips for tours and places to eat that made all the difference and the place is amazing, immersed in nature, very organised and clean, great location, safe, quiet and good for resting and recharging. Good and fast internet, TV with plenty of options, complimentary coffee and well-equipped kitchen. We love and super recommend.

This is my second time staying at Lucia's place. The house is great. All very clean. Soft, smelling linen and bath. The place is so nice that it doesn't make you want to leave rs. The house is not far from the main street. Lucia quickly responds to messages.

Our stay was incredibly perfect. The house is impeccable in all respects. All utensils, bedding, bath are of excellent quality, all very tasteful, very clean and organized. We felt the love and affection that Francisco and his wife had when thinking about every detail of this charming retreat. The location is perfect for those who want to connect with nature and feel the peace that this place brings. It's definitely much more beautiful in person than in the photos. My family and I spent incredible moments in this place. We took a tour of Pico do Agudo that was well worth it and we had an unforeseen event, in which Francisco was ready to help us and we will be eternally grateful. I would love to give it a 100, but that's not possible lol. We will definitely come back more often. Gratitude 🙏🏻

We loved the stay. Everything was very clean and very organized, and very fragrant…. Blankets, everything was perfect. We'll definitely have to go back to the city and I'll stay in the same place. Very good place, clean, organized and with a beautiful view, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility! Fábio always provided support when necessary and made the instructions for using the house and its resources clear and easy. I went with my wife and my 1 year and 5 month old daughter, and it was a great experience for us, we created many good memories and each space in the house brings a different family dynamic.

Our stay was super quiet. The apartment is cute and was very clean. Clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, and very comfortable mattresses. I suggest taking extra towels, because they take a long time to dry due to the season. The heated pool is great and the apartment's showers are excellent. I recommend it without reservation. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The chalet is perfect, clean, organized, clean and smelling bed & baths, very beautiful views and surroundings, completely surrounded, has all the utensils necessary to spend a few days and weeks until. The chalet is 20 minutes from downtown Santo Antônio do Pinhal, the road is good and a very short piece of dirt road only in the condominium area. Again, thanks for the hospitality, Eleonora!

Our stay was a delight! The house is beautiful, super airy, the barbecue area is super functional and well-equipped. The garden is a separate chapter! How delightful to sunbathe in the morning on that beautiful and well-kept lawn! We will definitely be back!

I loved the experience, we felt at home. The self check-in (password for electronic lock) made the process much easier, we received all the necessary guidelines before we arrived. The place is easy to find, good road! When we entered the cottage, we were already delighted with everything, with the space, the view and the care of Alexandre and Rosângela in the small details. The chalet is well equipped with kitchen utensils, appliances, spices, in the chest there were hammocks, extra towels, bathrobes, iron, in the bathroom there is liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner, foam and bath salts for the bathtub. And there was even a treat with chocolates for the guests! The place is very quiet, great for resting and relaxing, enjoying a hammock, a fireplace at night and the pool during the day. I highly recommend it, thank you for the attention of Alexandre and Rosângela and take the opportunity to congratulate and thank you for all this organization and care for the guests! Sensational, highly recommend! We'll be back more often!!!

Excellent house in a very quiet place with easy access, and with beautiful views of the Serra de Mantiqueira. It is an ideal place to relax or spend a few days with friends or family. The house is as in the photos, everything is quite new, very spacious (more than it looks in the photos), and with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days or a longer period. The distance to Santo Antonio do Pinhal is also quite reasonable, which allows you to get to know the restaurants and local commerce during the day. Communication with Cida was also excellent, with quick responses and clear indications. I recommend Cida's house!

Quiet stay. Reserved and pleasant place. The photos correspond well to what we found. Very fast access to local shops. New sheets. One caveat we noted, as in another assessment, was regarding the water flow in the main bathroom. It needs an URGENT repair. Very little running water... I also thought that I could have been warned that the place did not have toilet paper. Only these things bothered us a little.

Second time I book the house. Extremely quiet and pleasant place. The house is great and has an excellent structure.

Great accommodation! Beautiful place, in the middle of the forest! The main strengths: i) tranquility and privacy, ii) large, comfortable bed with quality bedding and gorgeous view of the forest, iii) large and streaming TV, iv) Tasty SPA, v) delicious breakfast, with varied fresh fruits daily and sensational omelette! vi) surrounded dog spot. Besides, Roberto was extremely attentive and Ramon was very polite and helpful. I recommend it!

Very nice and cozy atmosphere. The landscape, the view we have both inside and outside the chalet is very beautiful. The super tasty and well complete breakfast basket, we like it too. Me and my husband really liked the place, we felt at home.

Extremely beautiful and cozy cottage! I'll be back more often🩷 The view, the location… close to the center. Note: we only had one problem using the bathtub, the water did not heat up and this prevented us from using it😢

Sensational and very cozy chalet! We enjoy the cold days relaxing with music, wine and the fireplace lit. It's not that close to Campos do Jordão, but it was great to get to know the city of S.A. do Pinhal a little, which is also very beautiful. The hosts responded very quickly to the chat and were very helpful. I highly recommend it!
