Great stay! Maisa and his father, Adriano, always helpful and with great service! The whole very clean and organized space! Everything in excellent quality and one of the best pools I've ever seen with super heated water! We will definitely repeat the rental and recommend it. Our only caveat is about the garbage generated, as there is no garbage dump in the chacara or even outside it, we were asked to take the garbage out of the condominium and this generated a certain inconvenience. We feel that the condominium administration should provide some internal garbage collection system or provide some alternative solution for this.

It was a wonderful weekend... We were greeted by the owner Emilia and soon after Carlos and Vanessa arrived. Very beautiful and pleasant place. On Saturday we visited Ilha do Ar to see the sunset... it is very close and easily accessible by car. On Sunday we got up early, had our coffee and soon went on a MTB ride, a route designed by Carlos and Vanessa who accompanied us by car, giving us support... We went cycling to Morro da Mesa... a very beautiful place, then we returned for a beautiful lunch prepared in the kitchen of the Space. I just have to thank Carlos... Vanessa... Mrs. Emilia and also her husband Mr. João, who is a cheapskate... made us laugh a lot. We had a lot of fun. I intend to return soon.

We love the stay! Francisco was kind, communicative and welcomed us very well. The chalet is cozy, it was super clean, and smelling; it is well located and has a beautiful view. We do not miss the Wi-Fi, on the contrary, we spend our time in the chalet talking, reading, enjoying the woodstove, the fireplace, and nature. A real digital detox! I highly recommend it!
