An exceptional secluded paradise. We stayed there for a week to visit the Algarve and were there as a couple and with our dogseta who was delighted. Silvia provided us with instructions to get to the house properly (not following the gps). The place is very quiet, secluded and is reached by a flattened dirt trail between vineyards. The house is wooden and very big and spacious. It has a large enclosed deck ideal for being read there or playing board games. The house is well finished and secluded and has screens on all windows. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils and some basic ingredients. The garden is wide with a very clean pool, of which Silvia takes care of daily without disturbing. Silvia has made it easy for us any needs and we are very happy about it; we repeat the stay without a doubt.

Great place and great location. We were six people and easily fit into his large home. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a trip to Comporta!!!

House with great spaces and very close to the beach and the Historical Center. Quiet place with facildiade to park. Super considerate host. The internet needs to be improved as it doesn't work in some places in the house. The cleanliness of the house left something to be desired.

The house is wonderful, very well-equipped, clean, spacious and well-decorated. The outdoor space is also fantastic with a very nice high pool. Very peaceful, with a lot of privacy and fenced in so the animals can be at ease (perhaps dogs that are too small can pass through the holes in the fence). There are several supermarkets within a 10-minute drive. Francisco was very easy to communicate with, gave tips on restaurants and beaches and was extremely flexible with schedules, both for check-in and check-out. I'll be back. Thank you very much.

Had wonderful days in the Alentejo with our family. Beautiful setting! Just the sound of sheep, birds, horses and dogs. Licinia is a really friendly hostess who welcomes you. She also has tips for the surroundings. Beautiful beaches of the Alentejo. A car is a must! We enjoyed it!

What a lovely remote place, with a huge garden and 4hectares of private forest!The starry skies were breathtaking. Do bring rainboots,because it quickly becomes damp. The hosts were very friendly,hospitable&helpful. Helena regularly checked whether everything was going well/if we needed anything.&immediately texted back if we had a question.Due to our long stay,there were some things that broke/did not work properly,but the host made sure she/someone else came over if needed.We solved many things ourselves,or after a text message.The host responded very pleasantly to this. The house was clean&very cozy.The living room was warmly decorated&the table was set for our arrival! The winternights can be cold but there is a fireplace,many electric heaters&blankets.The beds were a bit small for us. WiFi (videocall/streaming tv)was good in the living room! Don’t be afraid of some barking guarding dogs who are behind fences. Love to come back; the space,peace,quiet&nature were absolutely magical!

The place is amazing. A true slice of paradise in the heart of the Alentejo. The house is very well equipped and Carmen makes sure that everything is perfect. If you need a few days to relax and with a great location, this is the place. I hope to return soon, and our little dogs loved the space.

A home with everything you need to spend a few quiet days. The location is great because it allows you to opt for the northernmost beaches (Lagoa de Sto André - 3 km away - Melides, etc.) as the further south. As we were with a 2-year-old, we often ended up choosing the beaches between S. Torpes and Samouqueira and loved it. In the house were our 2 small dogs, with access to the yard so with space to be at ease. Although semi-detached, the house allowed us to be calm and private. We recommend the price-quality ratio in that area.

The house is very good, large, clean and decorated with a lot of taste. All rooms have a bathroom. It is excellent for a family with children! The pool is very long and nice. The area is very quiet. Santiago do Cacém is the closest town where there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and where the castle and the church are also worth a visit. Thanks for the hospitality of João!!!

We had a great two weeks staying here. The house is even better than it looks in the photos. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it is very peaceful, and has lovely views in every direction. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and cooking was a real pleasure. The rest of the house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. There are lots of equally comfortable outside areas where you can eat, or sit and read, and the heated pool is fantastic (our daughter loved it). It is possible to walk to a bar/restaurant in about 40 minutes, and the nearest town which has some excellent (and very cheap) places to eat is only 5 minutes' drive. The house is also perfectly positioned to get to the coast - Porto Covo and Vila Nova de Milfontes are about 20 minutes' drive. We absolutely loved staying here, and we cannot wait to come back.

Cute, little BNB in the beautiful region of Alenteju. The views around the place are beautiful, and the rooms are so cute with wonderful, local decorations. And Rosa is such a kind host!

Maria's villa was a tranquil paradise in the Alentejo countryside. Her hospitality was impeccable, always helpful and responsive. The house was fantastic and just like the photos. Aircon is a fantastic addition. Wifi signal is strong throughout most of the house and the pool was refreshing and good for young children and adults alike

Absolutely amazing! My stay at the Airbnb apartment was simply exceptional. The apartment was meticulously equipped with everything I could have needed, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The attention provided by the hosts was equally amazing. Joachim and his wife showed unparalleled hospitality, always ready to make my stay as pleasant as possible. In addition, the property has several apartments, an impressive community pool and a wide range of amenities, which added a touch of luxury to my experience. In short, I can only highly recommend this place. My experience was simply fantastic, thanks in large part to the hospitality and kindness of Joachim and his wife. I would definitely stay here again on future visits.

We had a perfect and wonderful stay in Monte de Ameira. The place is quiet and tranquil amidst the cork oaks. Beautiful scenery, perfect house with large spaces and beautiful volumes. There is nothing missing in terms of equipment. There's no air conditioning but it's not useful. You just have to remember to close the shutters during the day and ventilate in the evening, because the air is mild or even cool sometimes in the evening. Heated and salt-treated pool, impeccable. Leo the owner is very discreet but responsive and available as needed. In short, go without a second thought. 😉
