Family-friendly holiday rentals in Santiago de la Ribera

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

We enjoyed our weekend trip. Pros - 1. the location 2. the jacuzzi 3. the house is well equipped and 4. friendly host. Cons - 1. was missing cleaning in the living room and kitchen and in one room (trash/glass on the floor in the three sites when we arrived) and the BBQ was not clean when we arrived and we had to clean it before using it. 2. I think the price-quality for the cleaning is not right after seeing other listings. 3. There is some humidity issue in the en-suite room toilet - smells bad always even though we have left the window open. I still want to emphasize that we have enjoyed our trip in general and would do it again. Thank you!

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Thank you Joe and Amparo ! My stay was absolutely wonderful and both of them were very responsive whenever I got in contact, so helpful. The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Booked very last minute (night before) due to family bereavement. Anja got back to me first thing in morning. Had the apartment ready for us later in evening after being at work so it was very much appreciated at such short notice. Area was perfect location with lovely chinese restaurant over the road which we had been to before on previous visits. Pool is lovely and peaceful. The only problem we had was the directions linked to page took us around the back of apartments. It is on main road near bill boards by roundabout if that helps anyone. Anja was there to meet us and explain keys and show us the apartment which was very helpful.... Cot was provided for our little one which was also very helpful.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

John is a very welcoming host. The house is large and located in a large wooded and well-maintained garden. The large pool was much appreciated. For practitioners, a tennis class is available. We only want to come back! A parking space is available. We don't need to say we recommend this place to stay!

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

It was the most complete apartment we have ever stayed in, a well-kept community pool, we were very comfortable and we had no problems with Natividad. It is worth noting a very important point, which is that the apartment was very clean and very complete in the kitchen area and in general. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is identical to the photos. We would be glad to come back

Stayed here from the 3rd to the 10th June 2025. Viviane was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly to my questions. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the location is spot on, it’s so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes to the local amenities. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or upstairs on the top roof. The views are beautiful and the sunset is lovely. Will definitely book the villa again. Thanks Viviane for being a great host.

Super clean, has all amenities. Beautiful surroundings. Even though it is "far" from the center, it has the basic services within walking distance. Parking space right next to the elevators. Would be happy to return one day.

Second time visiting this apartment. Mark and Emma are excellent hosts, very helpful, accommodating and quick at responding. The apartment is very well kept and has everything for a perfect stay. Look forward to returning again!
