I have stayed with this family for many weeks and truly felt like part of the family. They help in any way possible. Yamila is available 24/7 and is happy to go anywhere with me. We have had a lot of fun together. I am leaving for a few weeks touring Cuba but have decided to return for many more weeks in Santiago😎. The neighbourhood is amazing with a lot of things going on at the corner. It is fun watching life from the terrace. The view is fantastic. It is near the centre of the city, all the amazing music destinations and close to the parque Alameda on the malecon😁. The parque is great for dance lessons. I also did my dance lessons and Spanish lessons on the terrace of the casa👌. Thank you Yamila❤️

This was by far the best apartment in Santiago de Cuba, very clean, the amenities perfect, everything always worked. You have noticed that the apartment was furnished with attention to detail. Thank you very much dear Valia!!! I felt very comfortable the whole time.

Loving hostess, always available and always smiling. Service as in the 5-star hotel. Every wish was read from the lips. Everything is also great all nearby... sights, restaurants and shops. If necessary, errands were taken care of for us. Very clean and also laundry service included. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Jose has been a friendly and responsive host. He even invited me to his son's birthday party. A very lovely family that I would choose to stay again!

My second stay with Margarita. I can not think of anywhere else to stay when visiting Santiago. Gorgeous house full of art and plants. Well located with clean room. I enjoyed my morning & afternoon coffee with Margarita and Eric. The view from the balcony was my favorite, especially the beautiful sunset overlooking the bay. Margarita is one of the best host I have come across. Always there to help, making jokes for us to laugh and will never forget the chicken soup she made when I was sick. She really cares. Thank you for making me feel like part of the family. She and her family are true gem. Will be back.

the perfect location, the place is very good and the host family is very nice and attentive! if I go back to Santiago it would be with them!

Everything was perfect. I had already stayed here last year because I felt very comfortable with our hosts. The infrastructure is very good, and the hosts are very friendly and helped me a lot. When I get back to Santiago, I will definitely stay here again.

great place in the best neighbourhood

Everything was great, the accommodation and a beautiful terrace with a great breakfast. we were excited about the stay.

La Casita de Marta is a very good option to stay in Santiago. Great location, very comfortable room and stays and we also had the kindness and speed of Marta and Adela who prepared breakfast for us quickly and managed different services to help us. Totally recommendable!

Cool room with a nice view from the terrace. Alina's family is really lovely and they have a really nice dog ;) breakfast was also good.

The perfect place for our group! Adriana and Esmeralda were very helpful and took good care of us. We felt right at home! And the rooftop was a great place to hang out. The beautiful Cespedes plaza was walkable, and had many great restaurants, and a festival on Saturdays.

Great accommodation in Santiago, José is really very nice, you will immediately feel comfortable, Santiago is really worth a visit. Very well located accommodation, perfectly clean and with the necessary amenities, more than recommendable.

Eloy's lodging was excellent. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is very nice. The houseworkers are great, extremely friendly and attentive, the best part of the lodging! They gave us information and helped us with everything we need. Breakfast is worth it (it's kind of hard to eat on the street).

Its a sweet smal apartment near the Center. Not very modern but with charm. Ainhola was always friendly and helpful.

“La Perla” was a great place to stay. Being on a third floor the street noise was barely noticeable if at all. Rodolfo and Rosa were stellar as hosts. The place was squeaky clean at our arrival and they made sure it stayed that way throughout. We did not use the kitchen but it was clean and inviting. They have a great covered area and table/chairs for downtime outside. We were very pleased with the service and accommodations we got. Would definitely choose the place again when traveling to Bayamo.

I booked on short notice and wasn't sure exactly what to expect here but was pleasantly surprised that everything listed and shown was available. We were able to cook and use the pool, and have a private space for ourselves to spend time there at the house. The host was very helpful and responsive for all our needs. We did have a car that made a big difference because it's a little bit outside the city. Great place to just relax and enjoy.

MY STAY IN THE PLACE WAS EXCELLENT.. THE HOST ADRIA..IS VERY HELPFUL AND COMMUNICATIVE... IS ATTENTIVE TO ALL THE DETAILS FOR THE PERSON FEELS LIKE AT HOME..I RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION TO ALL QES VISIT SANTIAGO... FROM ECHO CDO ME BACK TO STGO I PLAN TO REPEAT IN THE SAME PLACE..LOTS OF PRIVACY THE PLACE... THE AREA IS QUIET AND IT IS A VERY QUIET AND HAS NEARBY WHERE TO TAKE MOTORBIKES FOR ANY PLACE OF STGO....RECOMMENDED 100%...

the house is very nice, very clean. Deysi and her husband. They were all the time aware of us. And we count on them at all times. Olga is also aware that good service is not lacking. Only the blackouts, q were constant 🥵very sad that so cuba.
