Holiday rentals with a patio in Santiago Atitlán

The apartment is amazing, everything is very tidy and clean, it has all the services to have a comfortable and quiet stay, the instructions to get there are also very clear, I loved the place and I will definitely return

Great Airbnb even provided us with a private pick up that was a great little tour and helpful. If you are a warm body there is a fan but you could get hot. Shower has hot water and TV works perfectly as well as WiFi. It is a little far walk from the Main Street Santander but doable only thing about where it’s located is a little hard to describe to a tuk tuk where you’re going and they rarely pass by the street so you can wave them down to take. But overall great experience.

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

Excellent place to vacation with family or friends, spacious and with beautiful views, it has everything to spend it amazing even board games, the super full kitchen has up to an Alexa, I highly recommend this place Aspects to note Super retired from everything or a store nearby, the closest thing is Santa Catarina Palopó 30 minutes and Panajachel about 45 minutes. The road from Santa Catarina Palopó is not the best, it was becoming 2 lanes passed to 1 and there is like 15 minutes of terracería which when we went there were repairs, I do not know if they will put asphalt but in rain I do not think that goes up small car by 2 slopes with loose soil, if they come from Patzún there if it is paved street and 10 minutes of terracería. They only put 2 rolls of paper for a family of 7 while 3 days and they didn't give extra sheets, I consider that for families like that is necessary I recommend bringing food for vacation days and not going out a lot, they will have an amazing time, I enjoyed it too much.

What a great stay! Nelson made sure we had everything we needed, every question was answered and resolved. We loved all the great amenities of the house and felt right at home. We loved staying at Nicolas’ home! It was so peaceful and beautiful. The views are amazing and loved waking up to a beautiful view in the morning. Although our trip was short, we enlisted every minute of it! The location is a bit far from the lively cities but the boat rides are pretty consistent so getting around was not difficult at all. Not to mention Nicola’s had recommended to us the best way of transportation around cities so that was help for sure.

This Airbnb was in a great location! Private enough to be away from the business of the city but close enough to walk to the stores, restaurants, explore the city, and the dock to grab a boat ride to the other towns. It was clean and kept very well and the groundskeeper Lucas was easy to reach out to if we needed anything. The hosts were also easy to reach out to and responded very promptly! Would stay here again!

The apartment was as advertised and John was easy to contact. Very friendly and accommodating about the check-in time. It was perfect.

Where can I start! I’ve have travel to over 18 countries and let me just say this has to be one of the best properties I ever stayed in. The staff is really friendly attentive! Since the moment I arrived at the lake I was very impressed but once I got to the airbnb I was left speechless. Once I arrived Miguel was outside waiting for me to take my bags. He gave me all the information I needed the house and the pueblito including a tuk tuk driver which was amazing and every time I wrote him he would pick us up in no time. Now, the house… where can I begin ? This property is definitely one of my favorite ones I stayed in. The house looks super modern yet it goes with the vibe of the lake. All the windows that it has made it even more magical. Seeing the volcanoe from my bed at night and morning is something I will never forget. The sound of the nature in the morning was one of my favorite parts. Overall I highly recommend this property to anyone interested is totally worth it.

Great place to stay for a decent price! Taxis come by every now and then so you might have to wait awhile. House was just as beautiful as the pictures.

Amazingly peaceful cottage on the edge of Santa Cruz. The view of the lake and volcanos will from the deck each morning will forever be solidified in my memory. The home is simple, clean, and charming. I hope to return someday.

Looked either freshly remodeled or built. A lot of space. The living room is what I loved the most. It’s exactly how I would want my home. Huge Tv and couch to chill and watch a movie. You could throw a party in the bathroom. I was by myself but if you come as a small family there’s plenty of space to have your own peaceful corner. Would without a doubt rebook.

Accommodation in a very quiet area, safe neighborhood, with garage, 15 minutes from everything downtown Xela. Cecilia is very kind at all times. Recommended.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was clean, the house was very nice and the service was excellent. We only had a water leak in the kitchen but nothing that affected the stay. Everything else was totally fine.

Absolutely stunning views. Great hosts, everyone was so helpful and immediately responded to anything we asked, we so appreciated their attentiveness. The views from here cannot be beat, wake up just before sunrise and watch. The restaurant had the best food we had in San Marcos actually. And maybe my favorite thing - their jacuzzi was actually extremely clean and well maintained! I’m picky about this. This water was pristine and treated. Perfection in the early mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

Beautiful place to stay !

The apartment is beautiful and very clean, the view is incredible, a whole landscape! No doubt, when we return we will stay here again. Cariva is a super host, very friendly and communicative. All the facilities are excellent and all the staff are very friendly. A really nice experience. Thank you Cariva for sharing your apartment with us. 10/10 🙂 highly recommended.
