Monthly Rentals in Santiago Atitlán

Was a delight to have the opportunity to spend with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. We all had our own private accommodations, with shared community spaces and places for alone time! Was a peaceful, beautiful setting! We absolutely loved our host. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your villa!

My kids LOVED the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also we took the kayaks on the lake for a morning paddle. There's also a sauna on the property, which we briefly tried. The little house was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed - its at the very top of the hills, so a bit of a trek. Restaurant at the bottom was OK - we enjoyed the tacos, and the fruit smoothie drinks. One note - be careful about closing the door, as it will automatically lock - we accidentally locked ourselves out, and the restaurant didn't have the key. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very good place from which to discover Santiago and all the surrounding areas. Also, great if you need a small break and want to disconnect. Thank you!

a very nice and quiet place. with many public spaces and quiet had an amazing view when you walk out of the cabin. the lack of outside lights during the night especially during check-in made it somewhat difficult. was a little dusty and with cobwebs. the use of the facilities was somewhat complicated in jacuzzi it was empty and turned off in sauna the same and the equipment to make kayac was all under key every time I think q not making a reservation directly with the accommodation it feels like we are not so important to give us that part of the service.
