Mini market at 3 min. on foot. Motorway is 2 minutes away [a little perceptible outside] In 15/20 minutes you can reach Rio Maior and Santarém. In 35 minutes you can reach the coast and the beautiful beaches of Foz do Arelho. Peniche in 40 minutes, Nazaré in 1 hour, Lisbon airport in 50 minutes

To reach the city of Rio Maior is 10 minutes by car. 30-45 min drive to Nazaré, Santarém, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha or Lisbon.
