Leonora welcomed me warmly, she is very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is spacious, in excellent condition and well equipped. Nothing is missing. Furniture and utensils are lovingly and tastefully selected. You are completely undisturbed in this magnificent natural environment, a real recovery! I'm sure I'll be back soon!

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. Stéphanie and Francesco are remarkably kind hosts, a great welcome. the fruits and vegetables from the garden as well as the wine and aperitif offered on the day of arrival. the house and an island of freshness in the heat of Sardinia. everything is functional and very beautiful, in the surroundings superb beaches and sites to visit are numerous. thank you very much to both of you for your very warm welcome. The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

We have a lovely 4 night stay at Wisteria House. The house, garden and location is exactly as described. Victoria and Vanessa were excellent at suggesting local events, beaches and amenities. We loved sitting in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at The Kite House. We would have happily stayed longer! The property has a lovely, relaxed vibe, it’s well kept and serviced. The communication before arrival was faultless and the staff all friendly. Great pool, beautiful grounds. My only negative (and it’s a small one) would be that the bathroom was abit tired and the shower wasn’t great).

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the region. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved within 30 minutes. Excellent!

We had a lovely stay with my husband and mom as well as our 5 dogs. The accommodation is very well made. The pool is a real plus. And the automatic gate that opens into the enclosed garden was the best! We recommend it!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Michele's apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and it had everything you needed. You could park your car very well in front of it. Michele is very friendly and helpful. I found it incredibly nice to sit on the large balcony in the evening and watch the sun sink into the sea. There is even a sofa on the balcony where you can relax superbly. The surroundings offer very good hiking opportunities and beautiful beaches are also quickly accessible by car. I would love to come back.

It's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the peace. A treat for the eye. You immediately feel very welcomed and the surroundings make you relax right away. The host is very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful. Our family enjoyed all the peace and beauty of se place.

What a beautiful home! Absolutely charming inside with all amenities you could hope for. The gardens and pool were wonderful and my 3 girls loved taking their breakfast up to the roof terrace. But without doubt the location is beyond stunning. A short stroll to a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and Snorkeling. The town is a 7 minute drive away, with shops and restaurants. Truly we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Nicolette was very kind, waiting for our very late arrival, greeting us with snacks and water and sending a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. We can't wait to come back! x

Villa directly on the sea, in front of a beautiful beach. The apartment is on the side of the villa but the private terrace, with grill, is facing the sea. The apartment is quite cool and the kitchen, although small, is well equipped. Good mattress. A great place to stay both to explore the beaches in the area and to relax on the beach in front of the house.

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

We absolutely loved Claudio's house it had everything you could possibly need. Our arrival was very late and we really appreciated the welcome hamper with all the food essentials and the large supply of drinking water also the beer and wine, that was a special touch. The accommodation was just as the photo's showed very comfortable and spotlessly clean, we met Claudio the next day he's is a perfect gentleman, he showed us how to use everything and explained the bins and downloaded the app which was very useful. The house is located close to a breathtaking beach about a 10-15 minute walk Also very close by a wonderful fish restaurant with great food & service. There's a small supermarket some shops and a cafe that served food all day. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend The Dream House to all our friends and family. Modern, bright and well appointed apartment. Location is perfect, bang opposite the Palazzo Regio and right next to the Cattedrale Di Santa Maria Assunta e Santa Cecelia. Lucrezia very thoughtfully provided many local tips. Would thoroughly recommend.

The place is beautiful. Just like the pictures. There is everything you need. Michael even provides detergent, shower gel and shampoo. He is a great host, very caring and attentive and always super quick to reach. We also received a small gift from him as a welcome and he always gave us tips on what to do in the area. You can reach wonderful beaches after very short car journeys. The view from the terrace is also sensational and you can enjoy a really nice mountain view right after a short walk in the other direction. We felt completely comfortable and had a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Very peaceful and easy to find. The house was very well located - 10 min walk to nearest supermarket and 10 minutes to the most beautiful beaches. Mirko was responsive and gave lots if recommendations!
