The apartment offers a large veranda with a splendid view of the sparkling sea of Sardinia, framed by palm trees and the island of San Macario with the ancient Spanish Tower, in the distance the tourist port of Perd'è Sali. Before being kissed by the sun, you can dive into the crystal clear water below the house. The mixed pebble/sand beach is about 50 meters away. It is also the ideal base for exploring all of South Sardinia and its magnificent beaches and landscapes.

The house is located 2km from the beach of Porto Pino and 3km from the village of Sant'Anna Arresi, also reachable on foot or by bicycle by means of the cycle path. It is located on the ground floor and consists of: kitchen with living room, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and one with single bed in which it is possible to add another bed. The house is equipped with mosquito nets at the windows and air conditioning.
