Aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, tavoli e sedie per l'esterno. La piscina, molto grande e sempre perfettamente pulita, è in uso tutti i giorni e troverete in dotazione i teli gratuitamente. La zona di Porto Pino è bellissima con le spiagge tra le piu' belle della Sardegna. Forniamo assistenza all'ospite e siamo disponibili per tutto.

The terrace is the real gem of the house, treat yourself with a warm bath in the Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy a priceless view on the city.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Outside there is a big private courtyard, and a nice roofed verandah where to dine outdoor during the summer evenings.

Are you looking for an individual nature holiday with comfort? Then book my circus wagon. It was designed by me in 2016. Here are some highlights: Air conditioning, oak floors, plot with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, outdoor toilet, discreet garden lighting, lawn and sea view. An almost private sandy beach is only 300m away, a great restaurant on the most beautiful beach in Sardinia, Tuerredda, is only about 1 km away. The photos say the rest.

L'appartamento e' arredato con tutto il necessario per una confortevole vacanza. La terrazza con vista mare è l ideale per cene all aperto. Incantevole appartamento fronte mare vista unica, a soli 30 secondi a piedi dall'acqua. A 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di portopaglieto oppure sempre a 5 minuti a piedi la piccola spiaggia della ghinghetta, altrimenti se si è amanti degli scogli proprio fronte casa vi è una bellissima scogliera con accesso all'acqua. l'appartamento è di nuovissima costruzione con vista mozzafiato e finiture di pregio
