Beachfront holiday rental in Sant'Andrea

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

A charming location, unique in its exclusivity. rejuvenating to the mind Generous spaces even for 4 people with a terrace that is worth the entire stay!!! I hope to visit Paola, an exquisite and helpful person again soon

The view from the apartment is just great 🥰 and both terraces are great for sitting and lingering. We had everything we needed in the apartment and could sleep well (AC is nice and quiet - room also dark enough for the kids) and relax☺️! The way to the beach is short (albeit steep) and there are 2 restaurants where you can eat well or take away. The water is super clear and very quiet and shallow. It is advisable to take a SUP + snorkel equipment with you, otherwise it may be a bit boring. We clearly recommend it!

Roberto's accommodation is an 11 out of 10. The apartment is great, tiptop in order, super clean and equipped with attention to detail. At check-in, we were received super nicely and received a complete briefing for everything that is important. They also gave us tips on the beach. The apartment is nice and large and the huge terrace is an absolute dream. From this you have an incredibly beautiful view of the sea and we were able to enjoy the sunset over the sea every evening. From the apartment, it is only a few minutes' walk to two great beaches. If you want, you can rent pedal boats or a lounger with a parasol. But there is still plenty of space to find your own place in the beautiful gravel. Bathing shoes are necessary. During our stay, our host was always very easy to reach, super friendly and helpful. Our conclusion: - Great hosts - Top apartment - Fantastic location An absolute recommendation!

Impeccable welcome. Very clean and functional accommodation located 2 steps from the beach and close to the centre. I really recommend this place. However, we had bad luck. Our neighbours for 2 nights were numerous and extremely noisy… especially at night which spoiled our stay. It's a real shame and Arianna is not responsible in any way.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Great location and hospitality

We enjoyed beautiful days on the Tai-Pan with 2 couples. Lorenzo was a very welcoming host and captain and got us to the ferry in Porteferraio. He knows how to tell a lot about the island and the sea and the evenings we spent in the beautiful port towns. During the day, Lorenzo provided lunch on board while we anchored in beautiful bays. Really a recommendation.

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, the highlights are the pool, access to the sea with private sunbathing dock and hot shower even by the pool . The house enjoys a great view, large and super equipped kitchen, comfortable and livable terraces, comfortable and new bathrooms. Really great experience!! Thank you to Daniele for your time!

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. Really good experience.

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

Filippo's accommodation was as described…Beautiful view, sometimes even dolphins visible from the terrace! Since our stay took place at the end of May, it was very quiet, the pool facilities and restaurants were still closed, but Filippo had already informed us and we enjoyed the quiet of the pre-season/nature! The accommodation was clean and everything was at our disposal. The way to the sea is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes.... A beautiful beach awaits you!!! A car is definitely an advantage to explore Elba, as the accommodation is rather remote, but that did not bother us as it is located in a beautiful natural area. The accommodation is also well suited for dogs, and the beach is great for dogs! We had a wonderful time and can only recommend this accommodation!!!

Alessandro was a great host, always being responsive and delivering information about the apartment proactively. Villa Issoppo is amazing to spend some quite days relaxing and enjoying the view. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. From the porch, you can enjoy a view of the sea. It takes around 10 minutes to walk down the mountain to the beach, and about 20 minutes to walk back up—but the beautiful views along the way make it well worth the effort. You can watch the sunset from the street or right on the beach. Patresi is also a great base for exploring many beautiful beaches and nearby destinations. The accommodation has everything you need. Luca was there to welcome us and was quick to help with a few minor issues. We’d be happy to return!.

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. We could hardly get enough of it. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like something out of a picture book – quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

We were there as a family with three children and thought the place was great. We especially enjoyed the large, fantastic garden. It has various places with sun beds and lounge furniture and a large dining table with parasol (which also protects in the rain). From there we had a fantastic view of the sea. We enjoyed the evening sun on the square (solarium) above the house. From there you have a wonderful view. The apartment is cozy and well equipped and is very well maintained. After a thunderstorm, the boiler was broken and was immediately replaced by a new one. Communication with the owner was also great. He took care of everything right away and responded immediately. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the fantastic beach of Fetovaia. A bit of the way leads along the road, but this did not bother us. We give this apartment the top rating and will come back next year.

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

Nice apartment with a great view. We loved having breakfast at on the terrace while looking at the ocean. You can choose between two lovely beaches, both in walking distance. We felt very comfortable at the apartment and enjoyed our stay.
