Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santander

We had an amazing stay at this place, we really enjoyed the heated pool. The house is huge and has everything you need. There was a coffee maker, coffee, BBQ charcoal, clean bath and pool towels, and cleaning supplies available. the host was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town centre is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the cellar is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Very good beach restaurant open at the weekends in May but worth a visit. Amparo is a very pleasant host.

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very well taken care of. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

The accommodation is perfect, it was very clean and full of details. Perfect communication. We've been there before and we'll definitely be back

Estela met us at the apartment to show us around. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well furnished with great views out over the harbour. It was quiet and very clean. There is safe car parking outside the entrance, and shops and supermarkets not far away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as this is a wonderful place. Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

WONDERFUL. Marta's apartment is super cozy and family friendly, true to photographs, super well equipped kitchen with everything you need, the bathroom is very comfortable and with a hydromassage column that is appreciated after all the day of tourism, the terrace is indescribable super spacious and with wonderful views of the sea and the estuary, the sunsets without words. It is a very quiet place, ideal for disconnecting and getting out of the ordinary. A car is a MUST as there are no amenities nearby. As a negative point, access to the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility, there is no elevator and there are stairs. If you leave the car on the street, more stairs are added. The parking space is ample but a fairly “justito” elevator is necessary to access according to the car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARTA 'S ACCOMMODATION, we felt right at home and the attention of the host and co-hosts of 10, always attentive and at your disposal:)

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

Very spacey apartment duplex, with super nice terrace, large full kitchen, large bedrooms, fast wifi and excellent shower! A perfect stay! Very close to the beach!

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

Belen's apartment exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need to spend the perfect stay. The decor is very nice and cozy. They left us welcome details on arrival (breakfast, coffee...) Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. We will definitely repeat, it is a highly recommended accommodation!!

Staying with Teresa was a great experience all around. The accommodation is very nicely decorated and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The view from the accommodation is impressive. The area is quiet and you have your privacy. There are many things to do in the area and Teresa gave us valuable tips. We will be happy to come back!

Maria Gemma is very attentive to leaving us an umbrella and fixing a problem with the light because there was a storm she answered us very quickly and the dogs were very good

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S. If you're going with kids (or even if you're not :-D), the beaches on the island are another great plus!

We are a family with two teens & had a week here. Charo was the perfect host & met us at the apartment to show us where everything is. We walked everywhere with ease. Santander was surprisingly hilly,however, there are lifts, escalators etc on lots of streets to take you up to the next level - it’s quite unique! There’s a tunnel we found which is a short cut to Sardinero beach. Great beach & waves. Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, good quality beds linen, blackout blinds & a terrace with view of the bay. 10 minute walk to the sea. Lots of beaches & restaurants to choose from. Central, safe location. Must see trip is the Picos de Europa - absolutely stunning. We would recommend staying here. Many thanks Charo 😊

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation faithful to the photos.Recommable, quiet place 5 minutes from the village.The garden is very good especially if you go with a pet.The comfortable beds. They are very attentive at all times.With parking in the door and garage. Very complete, looking forward to coming back.

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
