I had an excellent experience during my stay. The place is very well located, close to everything. Restaurants, shops and places of interest. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, ideal for rest and relaxation. I felt at home from the start. Without a doubt, I recommend it and I would definitely stay again.

Very nice and well-appointed apartment in a quiet area of the village. Arrival at the apartment is a relatively steep street, consider this when leaving if the plan is to walk. Extremely and kind host.

The place is much better than the photos. Very clean, well thought out for passenger comfort and very cozy. A balcony overlooking the city, you can breathe space, there was privacy for each member of the group. With easy and quick access to Ventura Mall through the Homecenter and very close to restaurants in Caobos. Mr. Jesus is a friendly, professional host, always available. The reception staff are very helpful. My 85-year-old mum has already 'informed' us that this is where she'll be staying when she travels to Cúcuta. That says it all. Thank you very much, Mr. Jesús.

In general we really liked the apartment but I would have liked to be closer to the village. Being above a shopping mall was very convenient and we liked being able to have a place to eat. The view was great.

Great communication with the host, constant check in since it was an earthquake and checked on us, they gave us instructions prior it and we knew all exit routes. Beautiful decoration and very cozy.

Mario and Valeria were excellent hosts, very attentive and kind. The apartment was spotless, clean and tidy. The complex where it is located is very safe, which gave me peace of mind when I stayed.

Very well kept apartment in a good location, clean and spacious, and host was super responsive! They welcomed us into the apartment on very short notice, and even replaced the blender that broke within less than a day. Very satisfied and would stay here again.

The studio was clean and in good condition, Andrés was always attentive and the instructions to find the place and enter the premises were clear.

I recommend it very nice, very comfortable and the customer service very good, I would come back tomorrow if I could haha; the only thing I would recommend for future guests is that when arriving in Paipa by waze or Google maps they look by the name of the building and do not be guided by the address or the link of arbnb, since it has a fault and you end up elsewhere, a clearly issue of the app and not from the hosts but it's worth mentioning so that it doesn't happen to more people.

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.

My family and I enjoyed every second, on several occasions we have visited houses with similar characteristics to Silvia's, but this has certainly been our favorite, apart from being beautiful it was so much fun for all the amenities it offers: sauna, Turkish etc. the weather has changed a lot and this time it touched us a little hot, it would be good if the rooms had some more efficient fans, but nothing serious. Olga is very friendly.

The place as beautiful as in the picture, Nubia was a great host, she super helpful when need it.

A simply beautiful place sits on a backdrop of colonial houses where you can breathe peace of mind and harmony a real rest. The house very organized very nice a pleasant stay. The house has everything you need for a healthy stay. The host was very attentive to each of the concerns that were presented. A delicious climate where the day is hot and the night is very cool. The house does not need fans or air conditioning as it is not necessary. The wet areas of the ensemble are spectacular comfortable spaces and the team's surveillance and logistics staff are very friendly at all times as well as the other inhabitants. Really a comfortable space which is well worth visiting and enjoying. Curiti a very beautiful little town full of tourists and much trade to know. Finally the whole is located in a very strategic place full of nature from there the church of Curiti and the village is visualized.

Beautiful accommodation, in an idyllic setting. The house has all the amenities and much more. The host is very attentive and responds immediately.

We had a wonderful time there. The house is beautiful, the landscape is unique and the experience of sharing with the animals is beautiful. Don Benedicto and his wife are very friendly, helpful and attentive to guests' needs at any time. We really enjoyed the Turkish bath! It's a shame we went during the fly season, we suggest having more fans or another system so they don't bother you so much, especially in the kitchen. We will definitely stay at the little place again!
