Señora Lili and her husband are very friendly and hospitable persons. It was always easy to reach them within some moments. We stayed 3 months and would highly recommend to stay at their place. we came from Argentina to spend a long stay in town and chose this stay. Lili and Jorge are her husband, they are wonderful hosts, it has been a fabulous stay from the first day, the apartment as shown in the photos, with all the amenities, we felt really comfortable, everything was very close, very well located, the security of the whole and the apartment is excellent and the apartment is excellent and 24 hours, very kind staff, Lili and her husband gave us absolutely all the help and advice possible in what we need, the truth is that they are great people and with a lot of human warmth, always very attentive and good predisposition to help, we recommend them 100%, travelers, if they visit Cúcuta this is the best place to stay!!! thanks total guys🇦🇷 😌

The apartment is cozy and large. The security at the entrance gate we loved it because it makes the residences safer. I would recommend it

A perfect place to unwind. The area is very quiet, ideal for sleeping well and enjoying the surroundings. I loved how safe everything feels, which is very important to me when travelling. In addition, the accommodation was very clean, tidy and well cared for. You can tell the host is dedicated. I highly recommend it! My only recommendation would be to fix the TV in the living room.

The apartment is very nice, very comfortable, and impeccable. We really liked it for spending time as a family, the location is perfect and with access to different supermarkets; Rosalba was very attentive and provided recommendations for visiting places. We would definitely come back.

Apparently cosy in a modern building, safe and with amenities. The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning, very appreciated for the climate of Cucuta. Proximity to pharmacies, supplies and supermarkets is very useful. The area is nice, and very well located. Especially if you want to cross over the tienditas bridge into Venezuela, it's pretty close. In the apartment building there are always taxy willing to offer their services, although it is more advisable to use apps like InDrive or Uber as it offers more competitive prices.

A spacious apartment with several rooms and two bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, large shower, and comfortable beds. A washing machine is available. The location is outside the center of San Gil, but access is very easy and inexpensive by taxi. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful in every situation. We recommend it 100%!

100% recommended, the stay is just like the descriptions, everything was very clean, it's cool and comfortable. Communication with Nydia is permanent. The biggest advantage is that it is close to downtown, in front of the Prosecutor and Electrifier, it is very easy to get to all areas. Very close to the accommodation there are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

i felt safe, the community was friendly, the apartment was well maintained. I had no issues, besides trying to find the place but my host was willing to meet me and gave instructions to the taxi driver. she was amazing and i would definitely stay there again the next time im in cucuta, colombia

The truth was very welcome and gave us a guide to places to ask for food and things to do. The apt was super clean and organized. It has a covered parking lot and even a terrace. The site is super central for touring all the surroundings.

Highly recommended the stay in apto, as evidenced in the photos, although I did not know Don I personally always very attentive, inquiring if I needed something additional, the place very well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable and quiet, in addition its high speed internet very according to the needs of a worker or student, the unit is very quiet, it feels like being at home.
