The apartment exceeded my expectations and I think it is very good value. I especially appreciated how charming, large and spacious the apartment feels. High ceilings make the apartment feel bright and spacious. The location of the apartment is superb, not only very close to the beach, but also close to a supermarket, cafes, a patisserie, and specialty fish shop. Agatha provides details about all of these local gems upon arrival. The apartment is in the seaside town of Letojanni, a very short distance from Taormina. By staying in Letojanni, I think I benefit from a more peaceful, relaxing stay, while still easily reaching Taormina for sightseeing. Agatha is a superb host in every way. Timely communication via the AirBnB app, a very kind in person greeting upon arrival and departure made me feel welcomed and at home. The local recommendations were perfect. Thank you Agatha for helping to make my visit to Letojanni so memorable!

The listing was located in a quaint village that included great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We took advantage of the seaside for our walks. Very good location. Less than two hours from the accommodation we could visit the places (Siracus, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna CE) recommended to visit Sicily. Thank you Antonietta for hosting us!

We had a fantastic stay at Katerina and Andrea’s place in Naxos! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located close to beautiful beaches and local restaurants. They were warm, welcoming hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here

We had a fantastic stay at Concetta's place. The house is beautifully decorated and very welcoming and cosy, so adults and children alike felt right at home. It's not huge but the space is very well organised. Our kids even missed the place after we left. The location is unbeatable, right at the heart of the Giardini Naxos seafront. There is a parking lot nearby, and we visited in April so there was ample parking along the beach. The place is surrounded with restaurants and cafes, there is a small grocery store right next door and a larger one across the street. Concetta was very welcoming and responsive. Overall, this was a perfect place for us (family with 3 young kids) to explore the east side of Sicily, and we would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Excellent condo, very clean, well appointed, beautiful views, and comfortable with split AC units in living area and both bedrooms to keep cool at night. Very close walk to Isola Bella beach area. Close walk to funicular that takes you up to Taormina town, and restaurants are also a close walk way. Note that funicular costs $6 per person one way up to the town, and $10 roundtrip...a bit pricey for such a short ride. It is a relatively easy walk down the mountain from Taormina back to the beach area and condo though, so recommend doing that and getting a little exercise on the way down. Walkway drops you right near the condo. Parking is easy in the gated condo community, so car is in a safe area. Would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Taormina.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place. Magda greeted us upon arrival with open arms...Made us feel part of the family. The owners of the restaurants and businesses were very helpful if we had any questions about the local area. The grocery store located next door made it very easy if we needed anything and the pharmacy was located a few blocks away. The bus station attendant was extremely helpful in getting us to the apartment since T-mobile didn't load my data plan correctly (extremely important to remember for our next trip). She also set us up days later on a harbor tour and a bus (to and from) tour Taormina. The only drawback is the parking situation. Just be aware it is stressful to find a place to park and worry about it. The parking areas suggested by google were closed (maybe seasonal) We parked close to bus pick up point 4 blocks away or wake up at 2am and move close to the apartment. The view from the balcony over-rides any problems. FAVOLOSO

Staying at Maria’s place in Sicily was truly unforgettable. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking view—facing both the sea and majestic Mount Etna. One night, we were lucky enough to witness Etna erupting from the balcony. It felt like something out of a movie—absolutely magical and awe-inspiring. The restaurant in walking distance opens at 19:00 every day and serves amazing sea food and pizza at a good price. Maria was a warm and attentive host, always available for anything we needed, and she gave us great local tips that made our stay even more special. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful enough to just relax and soak in the beauty. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Sicily!

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place in Sicily. Honestly, the listing doesn’t even begin to capture how special and beautiful the house is. The location is unbeatable—just seconds from the marina—and you can see the sea from almost every corner of the home. There are multiple terraces and seating areas, and the house itself is incredibly spacious. One of our favorite things was the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a real pleasure. Sergio was also super responsive and communicative throughout our stay. He left a very detailed guide full of fantastic restaurant recommendations and local tips, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Perfect base from which to explore Etna, Taormina, Siracusa/Ortigia & Catania. Stunning vistas from the balcony. Friendly helpful locals, plentiful restaurants, many with original (from scratch) Italian home cooking on offer, at reasonable prices. Airbnb spotless, well equipped, generous coffee available & the hidden extras (such as condiments, cling film, laundry detergent) made all the difference. Host’s father, Mario, is an absolute gentleman; waited for us, even though we were running late, showed us around & how everything works & pointed us towards some great restaurants/ places of interest. We liked the location and spaciousness of the accomodation. The roof terrace with extra cooking facilities is a lovely extra space. It was well equipped with everything needed and Salvotore left us some extras such as prosecco, coffee which was appreciated. he also sent us a guide of the local area which we used and was very helpful. It is easy to get to Taormina from here and we also had a car and visited Etna alone with the use of his recommendations. We would stay again.

My wife, 13 year old daughter and I stayed at this house for 10 days in April 2025. The house was very clean and it was appreciated that there are amenities such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, water, etc. in the house on our arrival. The beds are noted as two singles and two doubles but we felt that the bed sizes were larger. The third floor appears to have a king bed and the 2nd floor has a queen bed. Also, it is clear that the owner spent money on nice mattresses as the beds were very comfortable and hotel quality. We were very pleased with the hot water in the house. We never ran out of hot water in the shower and the water was very hot. Also, we used the washing machine and this worked well for us. The instructions and information provided by the owner were detailed and thorough. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations. We did not use the air conditioner or the heater but there are five in the house. The house was clean and we would stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Daniele's - it's an incredible location and has the most stunning view. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed and the most comfortable bed in the world! Would 100% recommend staying here and would come back again

We really enjoyed our stay in Aci Castello, a charming village, where there are several restaurants and all the necessary shops within 1 km of the accommodation. The terrace is really very pleasant and allows you to have breakfast in the sun, even in December... The heart of this small seaside village has a lot of charm. We would recommend it in a second! Thanks to Stefania and Ricardo, who were very flexible with our check-in and check-out times.

Lele is an excellent hostess. The place matches the description perfectly. She has thoughtfully prepared a detailed instruction book with all the information we might need. Additionally, she provided us with plenty of helpful parking tips.

Very nice accommodation with a terrace on the sea and a very nice interior decoration. salvo is considerate and very attentive. it's close to a cove (a few dozen meters) where you can go diving. you can find everything in the village of Santa Tecla, a village that has retained its authenticity and the very nice locals. it was nice. it was very nice.

We were very pleased with the place - the value for money is really great! The hostess was super friendly and helpful, we felt welcome right away. The location is absolutely reasonable for the price: beautiful sea view, even if the place is on the street (from time to time you can hear cars). Restaurants are walking distance, which we found very convenient. A small point to improve would be the bathroom - this could be partially renewed. Otherwise, everything else was great and we would love to come again!

Great stay at Salvatore’s! We really enjoyed the sweeping rooftop view and his responsiveness. Check in was a breeze. This is a great location to explore central Catania from. The only thing to be mindful of is that it is a lot of steps to get to the apartment which some travelers may not enjoy.

if I could give Guilio's listing 20 out of 10 I would. if I was hosting I would want to be as perfect as Guilio was. Nothing was too much trouble, went the extra mile and then more. Place was perfect and more. Everyone around was so helpful and friendly. Loved the fact we tried to speak Italian and were happy to help. I would definitely recommend to stay smd will be back. Cozy apartment, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Good recommendations from Salvatore who was also very responsive and flexible. We could drop luggage off early before the apartment was ready which was super convenient.

Well-located accommodation, close to Catania, Etna, and 1 hour from Taormina. A little out of the tourist center, but several restaurants nearby in Aci Trezza. Excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants by our hosts. Very nice welcome by Julia, many recommendations and detailed information. Accommodation a little cramped if you imagine staying at 4, but ideal for 2 people! Perfect equipment, with beach essentials, umbrellas if needed, etc.

We loved this apartment. It was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The location is also perfect for arrival by plane in Catania, touring Mt Etna and visiting Taormina. The local area the apartment is in is also beautiful and there is a beautiful view of the ocean from it. Superb!

We had a great stay at Emanuele’s place. The place was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was quite small but we made it work. We loved the views from our terrace and enjoyed walking along the beach. We were disappointed that the cable car wasn’t running but took the bus to the old town even though we had a car as there aren’t a lot of places to park. Emmanuele met us and gave us lots of good information. When trying to find it, follow the instructions carefully. We were 2 couples and it was great with 2 bedrooms/2 washrooms. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend staying here.
