Equipped with all the comforts, it has a pretty veranda that can be covered with an electrically controlled awning and from which you can see a small glimpse of the sea. In the immediate vicinity are the train station, BUS stops, bakery, restaurants, pubs, tobacconist, bars, ice cream parlors, etc.
