This Airbnb is perfect if you are looking for tranquility in an Italian atmosphere! Beautiful nature, cozy cottage with all amenities. We had taken a rental car and you definitely need it to get everywhere. We definitely recommend the town of Lucca too! Our stay was very nice, warm and soothing!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was in a great location- we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit in Florence, including the train station. There was plenty of space for our large family and the kitchen was even big enough for us all to eat together. I would definitely recommend this listing! Thank you so much!!!

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. We spent a lovely 9 days in Florence in Lorenzo’s apartment. It was perfect for us, as we wanted to be able to cook some nights, so the well-stocked mini-market around the corner was great and the cooktop in the apartment exactly what we needed. We even walked up to the Mercato Centrale one day and bought fresh ingredients for minestrone. Being vegan, Santo Felafel nearby was a gift, as well as Sbrino, the delicious gelateria down the road. Oltrarno is a buzzing part of town, especially near Santo Spirito, but as soon as we closed the doors of the apartment, we didn’t hear anything which was exactly what we wanted! Close enough to all the fun, restaurants & tourist sites but far enough away to recoup after the day’s adventures. We also took the bus up to Fiesole which I would definitely recommend. Lorenzo was very generous with all our questions & queries, he couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay in Florence in the Oltrarno Suite.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at Leonardo’s place in Bologna! The classic charm and beautiful character of the historical apartment made us feel like we’d been transported to another time and place. At the same time, the modern amenities were much appreciated, and everything was clean and in perfect working order. The private terrace was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and our host was communicative and responsive throughout. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again someday!

Arianna’s place is in a quiet area a little out of the chaos in Bologna center. She was very communicative and helpful with recommending lots of good places to eat nearby. She was also very accommodating with my mistake of underbooking by one day and was very gracious and understanding. It was truly top notch hosting.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

Very very nice apartment. Really big. All things new in it. Everything worked flawlessly....even the heating we needed a little in the evening is great. Alessandra always responded very quickly.... The surroundings and the village are fantastic!!! Even all the small stuff was all there salt pepper olive oil a bottle of wine and packet of pasta ( thank you Alessandra)..... towels sauna towels dish soap etc....... parking only 5 min walk away a small Aunt Ema shop where you can buy bread and little things 3 min walk....... Perfect for Tuscany holidays
